Great beach access and friendly staff

The Grande Cayman Resort offers fantastic beach access and a delightful Starbucks on-site, with wonderful staff members. Jason at the gift shop was especially helpful, providing top-notch local dining recommendations. the room cleanliness and pool area management could use improvement.

Rooms were a bit musty and could use a deep clean. Location was perfect, and the happy hour by the beach was a highlight.

We had an amazing time at this resort because it was just a few steps from the beautiful beach and the convenience of nearby restaurants made it even better with places like Ocean View Cafe and Starbucks right around the corner and we really loved the amazing water slide and lazy river at the pool which added so much fun to our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful making us feel right at home but the room could have been quieter since we heard some early morning noises from the surrounding area.

Check-in was smooth, though encountering a timeshare pitch for free stuff was a bit off-putting. The proximity to the parking garage was convenient, but noise from the lot was disruptive at night. The room had a musty smell, and cleanliness left much to be desired, with broken fixtures and even a cockroach on the bed—yikes! The breakfast looked great but was tasteless, and service was defensive over pricing. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jason in the gift shop. Pools and beach access was enjoyable, but the overall neglect in upkeep was disappointing.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

The pools were a blast—so many options to choose from! The breakfast buffet hit the spot, and having a Starbucks right there was a total game changer. Huge shoutout to Karie in housekeeping for her incredible service; she truly made our stay unforgettable!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. Temperature control was adequate; the room maintained a consistent coolness. the bathroom door constantly jammed, which was frustrating. The bathtub's stopper was broken too. Clean towels were provided daily, and housekeeping did a decent job overall. The view from the room was beautiful, and the noise level was acceptable, with minimal disturbances. Unfortunately, we encountered cleanliness issues; the bathroom had hair in the tub, and the sofa bed had stains. A few updates on maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.

The beach was dope, and we hit up the shops - scored some sick stuff. Each condo had WiFi for our constant Insta updates. Watching movies on the free DVD player in our room was clutch.

I enjoyed surfing on the internet, visiting area attractions, and the kids' club with a lazy river and game room. The amenities were great, from the Wi-Fi to the business center.

The beachfront location was perfect for my family trip, away from the main hustle. Clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. My elderly mother appreciated the close parking. Some minor issues like vending machines and cleanliness, but overall a great experience for our kids' tournaments.

Location was excellent. The hotel is modern and recently renovated. Staff were friendly and tried their best to manage a chaotic check-in due to overbooking by a third-party site. I waited over three hours but ultimately received a room. The king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was impressive. Amenities like the lazy river and jacuzzi were highlights. cleanliness in the room was lacking, and parking was a challenge on weekends. Disappointment came from a mismanaged deposit and unwelcoming staff in certain situations. I also encountered cleanliness issues in the first room. Despite these setbacks, I see potential in the property. I may return, but only with cautious optimism.
