Check for shared areas and amenities regularly. we found some recreational games broken and needed better upkeep during our stay.

absolutely terrible experience! waited until 6:30 for a room that was wrong, then forced to wait even longer for the correct one. housekeeping walked in unannounced while I was dressed, how rude! expected a special treat for my troubles, but it seems that’s just too much to ask. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't!

Consider asking for a room away from the pool area to reduce noise disturbances during your stay, especially at night.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! The place was a short walk to the beach, and we loved the pool area. Each condo came with free WiFi, a balcony for chill hangouts, and a DVD player for movie nights. Definitely try out the breakfast buffet. it's delicious!

One downside was that getting towels took multiple calls, which was frustrating. We expected a better housekeeping experience, but they only did towels and trash pickup.

Direct beach access was convenient for our family.

Additionally, we encountered a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom, which made our stay unbearable. We attempted to get assistance, but the staff seemed overwhelmed, adding to our frustration.

absolutely dissapointing! waited over two hours for our room, while front desk staff acted like they were doing us a favor. also, after being promised a hassle-free experience, the jacuzzi was a joke, overcrowded and not even heated. i expected at least some special treatment for my troubles, but i almost considered a good review—until reality struck.

It was just a balanced option for a short staycation in Myrtle Beach with attractive and competitive value for money. One highlight was the kids' club activities that kept my children entertained while I relaxed by the pool. Try to get a room higher up for a better view.

I enjoyed the large pools and the lazy river during my stay. The beach was close, and I spent a lot of time relaxing there. I noticed staff were busy during the morning hours, especially at check-in, but they were helpful when I had questions. I watched families with kids enjoying the activities and felt it was a good spot for them. A downside was the noise from adjacent rooms, which affected my sleep. I traveled solo, and I’m not used to such disturbances.

Howay, man! The pool area was canny lush, and we enjoyed good food at the hotel café. One downside was a bit of noise from the pool door and people coming in and out. But overall, a canny time!

Loved the spacious one-bedroom suite! The many pools and relaxing lazy river were perfect for both kids and adults. Great parking too!

Absolutely loved the pool area and the location was a real treat! Our room was ready early, and the gift shop had everything we could need for a fun stay. Can't wait to come back when the slide is open!

Parking felt like a game of Tetris—definitely for the tiny car club! Also, don’t expect to enjoy your balcony without smoke from neighbors wafting in. Yikes!

The room I stayed in had a full kitchen, which was so convenient! ! Saved a ton on food since dining out can really add up. Plus, the ocean view from my room was just perfect, made even better by the sound of the waves crashing. Honestly felt like paradise for a bit!

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.
