The room at Grande Cayman Resort was perfect for our needs. The two queen beds were comfortable and the small balcony added a nice touch. We also appreciated the amenities like the small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The pool areas were spacious and there was plenty of room to relax. Having a Starbucks attached to the lobby was definitely a plus. The food at both the hotel restaurant and cafe was delicious and reasonably priced.

During our stay, there were a few minor issues. Firstly, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We found some random hairs on the floor and stains on the curtains and bathroom. Secondly, the staff didn't provide clear directions to our room, which caused some confusion. Additionally, we didn't receive maid service for two days and had to request towels multiple times. Lastly, the pool bathrooms were not well-maintained and had a strong smell.

We loved our stay at Grande Cayman Resort! The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, and our room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. The location right on the beach was perfect, and we loved having a galley kitchen in our room.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and I had a great experience! The hotel is located in a great area of Myrtle Beach, with easy access to tourist attractions and the beach. The rates were affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that everything was clean and picked up around the pool areas. The rooms were newly finished with new paint, flooring, and fixtures, and the kitchenettes were well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, with twin queen size beds, and the breakfast included was a nice perk. this hotel was a great place to stay for a beach vacation.

The hotel offered free DVDs for entertainment and the pools were warm. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to popular attractions and restaurants. In addition, the hotel provided complimentary parking, which was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. We had to change rooms due to the uncleanliness and found old coffee remains in the mugs. The beds were uncomfortable and the decor was mismatched. The housekeeping service was also disruptive, knocking on our door early in the morning. the hotel needs a renovation and a more thorough cleaning.

This hotel had two great things going for it: a Starbucks and a nice pool area. Starting my day with a delicious Starbucks coffee was a treat. It was convenient to have that option right in the hotel. The pool area was also a highlight. My family and I enjoyed the entertainment that was offered, and the kids had a blast playing in the pool. Plus, the location of the hotel was ideal, with key attractions and amenities within close proximity.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. The rooms were outdated and had a strange smell. The bathroom was not up to standard, with cracks in the tub and it being dirty. The toilet also had flushing issues, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the TV constantly had signal problems, and the staff at the front desk did not offer much assistance. It would have been nice to have a more pleasant and comfortable experience in terms of the room and amenities.

We loved staying here! The location is so close to the ocean and a convenient store which was great! The staff were incredible especially the housekeeping team who were so polite and helpful. The hotel provided plenty of amenities including a lovely happy hour, limousine service and laundry facilities which made our stay extremely comfortable. We also loved the room amenities that included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi in rooms and garden furniture were also great perks!

The hotel offered various on-site activities and comfortable beds. Guests could enjoy free DVD rentals and had easy access to the beach. The resort had multiple swimming pools, a water slide, and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The parking was conveniently located near each room, with some rooms even having parking outside their door.

We absolutely loved the extra activities at the pool like hair braiding and DJ sessions. It kept the kids entertained and having indoor pool and ping pong options was a great relief from the sun. The tiki bar was a nice addition, and the beautiful beach view was the cherry on top.

We also enjoyed the beach access and aqua park. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

Excellent resort hotel with great value for money. The hotel offers basic amenities with comfortable twin queen size beds with cleaned fresh towels available only in the main bedroom. The location is close to the ocean with easy access to the beach and the ocean view cafe. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included.
