We enjoyed the fabulous lazy river and spacious outdoor bar area with ample lounge chairs and tables overlooking the beach. The room we stayed in had a spectacular oceanfront view, which made our mornings really enjoyable. Additionally, the variety of seating options by the pool and beach area allowed us to relax comfortably in the sun, especially since the loungers and tables were free until March 1st.

However, we found the hallways showed signs of wear and could use better maintenance.

The oceanfront suite was just lovely! Great tiki bar vibes and the hot tubs were a delight, especially since it wasn't crowded. Edna at the desk was a gem, sorting everything out quickly.

However, my TV remote was as useful as a chocolate teapot! And, let’s not even get started on the super old carpets—talk about a blast from the past!

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We loved visiting the ONE The Show, which had some breathtaking performances. Plus, the local surf lessons were a blast! The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the pools offered great spots to relax after our activities.

However, we ran into an issue with the indoor pool. There was a loud and rowdy group that made it hard to enjoy, which was frustrating. So be prepared for some noise if you have kids!

The check-in was confusing, especially with poor information on procedures!!! I noticed long wait times at check-in and difficulty finding parking spots. The aging facilities and inconsistent cleanliness in common areas need urgent attention!!!

the stay was pretty chill, pool area was nice and super close to the beach! breakfast was totally great with a bunch of options every morning. staff was really friendly and helpful, made check-in easy. our room was spacious and clean. We got a cool upgrade for a little ocean view. loved the vibe overall, would defintly come back!

had some issues with parking since it got crowded at times and one of the pools was kinda loud with kids running around. also, the check-in took longer than expected which was annoying.

I enjoyed the grassy area between the pool and the beach. I found it more relaxing than the beach itself. It allowed me to soak up the sun without dealing with sand. I was also impressed with the free breakfast served across the street, which was better than expected. I appreciated the kitchenette in the room as it helped me save money on meals. Overall, it felt like a good value for money.
