The Madison Hotel was great value for the money spent. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the White House and Metro station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent service.

The bathroom had good lighting, an excellent shower with strong water pressure, and nice products. The staff was lovely and helpful.

The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and provided a much-needed oasis during our stressful situation. The hotel also accommodated our deposit issue by allowing us to leave cash instead of a credit card hold. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the doorman was kind and knowledgeable. despite the unexpected circumstances, our stay at Madison turned out to be a wonderful experience.
