This hotel is worth every penny, with its fantastic location right off Canal Street and comfortable rooms with modern features like bedside USB plugs and sofa beds. The staff provides top-notch service and pays great attention to detail.

The location is perfect, close to all the best restaurants and attractions in the city. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast was okay. I had a great experience.

We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans for a business trip. The customer service was top-notch, with a helpful and friendly staff always available. The hotel's renovated beauty and rich history added to the overall experience. The lobby exuded classic elegance without being pretentious, and the tastefully decorated rooms were comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The café on the first floor served excellent, smooth coffee, and Domenica's restaurant was outstanding. Special mention to the exceptional housekeeping service provided by Sonya Martin. an excellent stay.

The hotel has a great location, being close to many famous places like Chinatown, the French Quarter, and the concert venue. The rooms are spacious, with a large sitting area and a walk-in closet attached to the bedroom. Clean linens and fresh house slippers. The exquisite views from the top floor suite are what dreams are made of.

The customer service needs to be improved. Check-in was unfriendly, with no welcome.

This hotel is a classic beauty with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. The staff is helpful and courteous. It is near Bourbon Street and various restaurants and bars, making it a great location for exploring the city. Ashley Carey provided excellent service during our stay. Despite the negative aspects, the hotel had its strengths. the location was key, with easy access to various attractions. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. the rooftop pool was a nice amenity. However, the overall lack of good management and customer service compromised the experience.

The customer service at this hotel was a disappointment. the front desk team seemed impolite, and the breakfast staff at Teddy's appeared to hate their jobs.
