We spent our Christmas vacation at this resort and it was a fantastic experience. The spacious one-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four, and we loved having a full kitchen and washer dryer in our unit. The resort's location was ideal, with beautiful beaches and lagoons that were perfect for our kids. Plus, the resort offered a variety of complimentary activities for us to enjoy. The staff was also very hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One downside of our stay was the limited dining options. While the resort had two restaurants and a poolside bar, we found ourselves wanting more variety in terms of dining.

The resort had well-maintained grounds and a clean environment. Checking in and out was a smooth process and the staff were pleasant. The availability of showers and lockers after checking out was a convenient feature. The beach towels provided were plenty and the surroundings were well-kept. The resort had a good approach road, making it easy to access.

The garbage processing area near the units resulted in loud noise, which was bothersome. The balconies in the studio units were tiny.

We had a fantastic stay at Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. The 2br suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and pool area were great for relaxation. The sunset views were breathtaking. highly recommend this hotel.

Look no further for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. Marriott Ko Olina delivers in accommodations, customer service, and facilities. Our two-week stay with our three kids was amazing. The resort activities and Keiki club staff kept them entertained. Minimal issues were promptly addressed, including a complimentary gift basket. The staff always said "Aloha" and treated us like royalty. On-site activities and a complimentary shuttle made it convenient to explore local resorts and restaurants. Highly recommended for families who want the convenience of a condo with all-inclusive amenities.

Had a great weekend getaway in a lovely property. The pool was amazing and the exercise paths had a stunning scenic view. The shuttle service was really convenient and saved us a lot of walking. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchenette, and the complementary coffee and tea were a nice touch. The location was perfect for visiting all the nearby attractions. We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming hotel staff.

The communication from the front desk regarding shuttle service and valet parking was confusing. Three different sources provided different times when we asked about the shuttle service.

This place has plenty to do, making it unnecessary to leave. The quiet pool is pet-friendly and the gym facilities can be used on departure day. The lagoon is a nice alternative to experiencing ocean waves. Great pools: sand, adult, and family. Less crowded than nearby hotels.
