I recently stayed at La Cantera Resort & Spa for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the location offered breathtaking views. The pools, especially the adult pool with the unique lounge chairs in the water, were refreshing and enjoyable. We also loved the variety of restaurants and the great pool-side service. Despite the hotel being full, the interior was very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and are already planning on returning.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service at the hotel. The breakfast at Sweet Fire was amazing, with excellent service from Gonzola and Kevin. They even held my fiancee's food in the warmer when she had an urgent business call. The staff went above and beyond by cooking her an entirely new plate of food when the call took longer than expected. The hotel also had a variety of events with great food and service.

Not obvious to find.

During our stay at La Cantera Resort & Spa, we were thrilled with the stunning views and clean facilities. The room we booked had a breathtaking view, allowing us to truly appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs.

While there were some minor issues with the water pressure in the shower and the peeling carpet in the corner of the room, these did not significantly affect our overall experience. The valet service, although a bit disorganized, worked hard to provide efficient service.

I recently stayed at a lovely resort in the hill country for a weekend getaway. The Villas at the resort were absolutely superb and provided the perfect place to retreat and relax. The amenities, including the spa and resort grounds, were top-notch and well thought out. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Signature restaurant, which offered one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food was exceptional and left me impressed. my stay at the resort was rejuvenating and exceeded my expectations.

Despite the negative experiences mentioned in the database reviews, I would still recommend this hotel for your stay. The resort offers a serene and luxurious atmosphere in the hill country, with excellent amenities and dining options.

The setting of the hotel was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the rolling hills from the outdoor seating area. the lobby was a great place for the family to relax, have hot chocolate, and enjoy some snacks. the fact that there are multiple swimming pools and activities for kids was a major plus. the location was also great, with close proximity to Six Flags and easy access to the city. One more advantage we really liked was the nice decorations for the new year celebrations.

The parking was a bit of a letdown as it was too far of a walk from the hotel. It would have been more convenient if it was located closer.

The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a clean and spacious environment. the pool areas were stunning with many options, and the restaurants had a unique ambience. the staff, especially Micaela and David, were exceptional. the resort is located in a peaceful and picturesque location, offering fantastic views.

The cost of the kids club was a bit high compared to other resorts that include it as a service. the pools were advertised as heated but were not, which was disappointing.

Great stay. Excellent value and location. Friendly staff. Clean room with a fabulous view, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was a plus. Breakfast included!
