i was almost going to give this place a good review, but the lukewarm hot tub was a real downer. it also took forever to get a brunch menu, they were very lost. i expected a special upgrade for my troubles, but apperantly that was too much to ask. never again.

i live in the miccosukee casino & resort, and every visit feels fresh. the deluxe queen room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. loved the pool area with a hot tub, perfect for winding down after a long day. the vibe here is getting better with time!

We kicked back at the pool, enjoying the live music while sipping on cocktails—lekker vibes! The food portions were massive, def made two meals outta one. Plus, getting a late check-out was a lifesaver for our late flight, staff sorted it without a fuss.

The only downside was a bit of smoke lingering in the casino, but the rest was pretty chill.

The full-service spa offers excellent prices and the staff is incredibly friendly, which made my visit unforgettable.
