When I arrived here, the beautiful location right across the beach immediately caught my eye, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. the service, including room amenities, welcome drink, and friendly staff, truly made my stay enjoyable. I especially loved the leisure facilities like the swimming pool, spa treatments, and beach access, which added to the overall relaxation vibe.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, this place is definitely recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, top-notch service, fantastic food, exceptional massage therapists, and nice pool area for bike riders.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

We were disappointed to find our room not ready upon arrival, despite a 3 PM check-in time. the staff did not inform us about the room status, and we encountered cleanliness issues such as blood stains and trash left by previous guests. Yet, the partial ocean view we paid for was not delivered. the balcony doors did not lock properly, causing a security concern. Despite these setbacks, the hotel bar offered expensive drinks as compensation.

Great value for the room quality and lovely location with ocean views. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay.

We appreciated the relaxing ambiance and convenience of not needing to leave the property during our short stay.

We encountered cleanliness issues during our visit. the room had a cockroach, and the balcony was not properly cleaned.

Always choose this spot. Staff gave me water at night on my first stay. Has all I need: WiFi, 24-hour reception, spa, fitness center, pool, massage. Coming back for New Year. Comfortable and reliable – no regrets!
