During my brief stay at New York Hilton Midtown, I found the location to be extremely convenient for transit. With many public transport links within a short walk, including Grand Central Station and the subway, getting around the city was hassle-free. the hotel's proximity to LaGuardia Airport, only 15 km away, made it ideal for my quick stopover in New York.

I encountered some issues with the hotel's service during my stay. The lobby staff, including the front desk, bellmen, concierge, and luggage check staff, were surprisingly rude.

The New York Hilton Midtown exceeded my expectations with its impressive event space and the stunning rooftop restaurant with a greenhouse-inspired design. The 10 pm entertainment and Thanksgiving feast were delightful, offering a truly memorable experience.

Despite the luxurious accommodations, the air conditioning in our room was not efficiently cooling, impacting our sleep quality. This minor issue slightly affected an otherwise wonderful stay.

Located near two subway stations, the hotel is a perfect base for exploring the city's museums and attractions. The rooms are spacious, while the bathrooms boast lovely amenities. Guests can also enjoy a convenient taxi service. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast catered to business travelers that includes Continental breakfast items.

The hotel's reception, concierge, and telephone operator services were sometimes understaffed, leading to long wait times.

I stayed at Hilton Midtown for New Year's and the location near Times Square was perfect. The staff went the extra mile to help, making our stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy and the beds were super comfy. The design style was chic and fresh, with a huge TV. The buffet breakfast had excellent food and service, with a wide selection of options. Taxis were readily available and the hotel was close to Central Park, museums, theaters, and good restaurants. One of the best stays we've ever had.

Stayed at a hotel in midtown and it was perfectly placed for everything. Not too far from Times Square, Central Park, and all the attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful with modern rooms and fantastic views.
