The room was spacious and modern, offering stunning views from the high floor. the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel was superb, right near the boardwalk and beach, making it easy to explore the area. the room service food was delicious, and there were plenty of dining options available, even though some places were closed during weekdays. the hotel had a variety of shops that offered essentials and cool drinks, which was convenient. the separate toilet and shower in the room were a nice touch, and the double sink was practical. Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Some areas, like the hairdryer and carpets, seemed outdated and not properly maintained.

While the VIP cabana pool area could have been more spacious, the hotel's relaxation amenities like the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and beach access added to a delightful stay. The nearby landmarks such as Central Pier Arcade and Atlantic City Premium Outlets provided additional entertainment options for my family, enhancing our bonding experience during our vacation.

The casino's Cove area was a blast—so many games to choose from! And the Bathhouse? Pure luxury. Plus, VIP treatment at Villain & Saint made me feel like a true rockstar. However, the lack of attention to upkeep, such as stained carpets and chipping paint, left much to be desired. It would greatly benefit from improvements in maintenance to match the luxurious atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel for my birthday week and had a fantastic time. The variety of dining options was excellent, especially with the 24/7 dining option available. The staff were all professional and friendly, and the rooms were incredibly clean, a huge improvement from my last visit. The concert being in the same building was a great bonus. The air conditioners worked well, as long as you set them 5 degrees cooler. The hotel also had convenient buttons by the door to turn off all the lights and press for do not disturb, which was a nice touch. The location and views were amazing, with outdoor fire pits and walkways that were out of this world. I would definitely stay here again.
