Ocean Casino Resort offers an incredible ocean view and spacious, clean rooms that make for a relaxing stay. Its location on the boardwalk is ideal, providing easy access to activities without the excessive crowding. be prepared for potential delays during check-in and the need for improved staff friendliness.

Great beach access and clean rooms, but pool area was crowded with limited seating.

Brought my son to celebrate his 11th birthday. The infinity pool and American Cut restaurant were fantastic—five stars easily. Valet parking? Seamless. Staff? Exceptional. Room on the 29th floor was spacious, but housekeeping needs a reality check. Dust and crumbs shouldn’t be overlooked. The 21 & over pool was a welcomed surprise, and the bartender brought great hospitality. the downside was our room. It wasn’t ready at check-in. Dirty toilet and littered hallways dampened the experience. Late checkout is never granted, despite requests. Simple accommodations make a difference. A kettle and complimentary water would enhance the room experience. This place shines in some areas but needs improvement in others.

The area around the hotel offers a fantastic selection of attractions within walking distance, such as the iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk, just over 2 kilometers away, where you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere, and the nearby Absecon Lighthouse, which is about 700 meters away, providing a lovely stroll for those who enjoy picturesque views; in addition, there are numerous restaurants like Amada and Wahlburgers, both just a quick couple of blocks away offering delicious dining options. The hotel amenities were accessible and the spacious decor made our stay comfortable, but the room service was lacking and some staff responses could have been quicker.

The room offered stunning views, but the comfort level fell short. The bed was decent, with soft pillows that provided good support. the cleanliness was concerning; the carpets were filthy and the windows poorly maintained, making the view less enjoyable. Temperature control was adequate, but noise from early housekeeping was intrusive. There was only one coffee maker, which didn’t arrive until day four. Amenities in the shower were empty, and bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. Attention to detail seemed lacking, impacting an otherwise promising stay.

The views were spectacular, making the stay memorable despite the fire alarms.

The views were absolutely stunning from the 40th floor! I loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool and the jacuzzi was pure bliss. Dining options were plentiful and every meal was a treat!

stayed in an ocean king room with a stunning view of the pier and boardwalk. room was modern and spacious, with great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a comfy bed. friendly staff at the front desk and in Villain restaurant. casino was easy to navigate. parking was convenient too.

The air was a bit stuffy at first, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, but maintenance fixed it promptly. The carpet in some areas was wet, and the coffee table between the chairs was sticky and had fingerprints on it - not the best first impression. the staff were very warm and attentive, making us feel welcome. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness. But the lack of amenities in the room was disappointing - no coffee maker, microwave, or even water bottles. Having to go downstairs before getting my morning coffee was a bit annoying. I enjoyed the breakfast for In-Room Dining, and the hotel staff were generally polite and helpful. The spa experience, however, was a letdown. The robes had holes, there was mold in the pool, and they charged extra for basic services. The massage was not relaxing at all, and the pressure was way too intense. the Ocean has its strengths, like the spectacular views, attentive staff, and cleanliness. But the lack of amenities, spa issues, and overall high prices were significant drawbacks that impacted our stay. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience.

Location is excellent with a great beach and fun happy hour events. The room cleanliness was below expectations; carpets and furniture needed serious attention.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning and gives you that 'wow' factor. The 24-hour café in the lobby serves some of the best pastries I've ever tasted, and the spa is an absolute treat - don't skip your treatment!

Great location and beautiful views from the 46th floor. The hotel smelled nice, and room service was a bonus. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a big issue; stained carpets and dust in rooms were disappointing. A bloodstain in one shower and used underwear in another made for an unsettling stay. The check-in experience was chaotic, and communication with staff often felt unhelpful. The spa was nice but overpriced, and the parking situation was confusing. I really wanted to love this place, but the lack of attention to detail and service left much to be desired.
