I recently stayed at Hotel Murano for my husband's 30th birthday celebration and it was an incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even sending us text messages to keep in contact. The lounge was fantastic with a great selection of well alcohol, perfect for celebrating. The room surpassed my expectations and was absolutely beautiful. The lobby and other areas of the hotel were filled with stunning art pieces. The restaurant offered delicious meals at a good value. the staff and the entire experience made it clear that I will be returning to Hotel Murano in the future. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like old friends. The room was comfortable and clean with modern decor. The hotel had a small breakfast restaurant called "Bite" which served delicious food. The internet was fast and easy to connect to. We had no trouble getting our flight confirmation and boarding passes from the business center.

I had a great time at this place. The location is ideal, right on Broadway. I was able to rent a scooter and see all the sights of downtown. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the room amenities. I was impressed with the happy hour and the dining options. The staff was top-notch, accommodating my every need. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including the spa & wellness centre and the indoor swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was quick, and the luggage storage was useful. I enjoyed the express check-in/ -out and the business centre.

Families will appreciate the paid airport shuttle to and from this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful, elegant decor and the central location in downtown made it convenient to explore the glass-themed art in this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the lobby, especially the glass artwork. Additionally, we found it convenient that the hotel was close to the history museum where we attended a conference and within walking distance to a very good Thai restaurant.

The hotel had a stunning art collection that was like being in a museum. the staff were all very professional and kind. the king corner room we stayed in had amazing views of the city and the Port of Tacoma. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, nice sheets, and comfortable pillows. It also had a minibar and a snack basket, which was convenient.

The room had a smell and didn't feel clean, with toothpaste on the bathroom walls and a stained wooden counter. the carpets were dirty and there were hairs on one of the beds.
