The beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere created a relaxing environment during my stay. the staff members were warm and friendly, providing excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the room service from Vue To Go, as they took the time to inquire about food allergies and provided a detailed order process. the catering was also delicious, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Additionally, the Edge pool area was a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

There were a few areas where improvement could be made. I was disappointed that the valet desk did not answer the phone on the morning of my checkout, forcing me to carry my bags to the pickup area.

Room #124 convenient to family pools, villa pool, lobby, marketplace cafe. Family pools crowded with kids, so we enjoyed quieter villa pool. Marketplace had enough food options. Lovely room, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Good location for resort amenities. Kids loved double slide pool and Moonlight Beach.

The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the friendly bell staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The spa and wellness center were top-notch, offering a variety of treatments and services. The pool area was also impressive, with a beautiful pool and a separate area for adults only. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Gorgeous grounds, impeccable holiday decor, variety of dining and facilities. Spacious bathroom, relaxing tub, gym with great amenities and provision of umbrellas. Helpful valet and housekeeping staff, friendly fellow travelers. Beautiful pools for adults, children and families, delicious drinks and food at bar, little one loved kiddie pool. Exceptional customer service, seamless upgrade to junior villa without additional charge.

I loved the comfy bed and the wonderful view of the courtyard and the Chopra Center. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff provided excellent customer service. The front desk went above and beyond to rectify a mistake and upgraded our room at no charge. Additionally, the pools were perfect for a family getaway, with options for both adults and children. The hotel's location adjacent to a residential neighborhood and a local strip mall was convenient.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable, with a large patio that offered a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. The on-site dining options were also excellent, with several places to eat and a nice bar/lounge area. this place was inviting, comfortable, and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds and amazing pools for kids. Our room had a leak, but the staff was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a better room with a discounted rate and a late check-out. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. highly recommend!

As youngsters, we loved the family-friendly atmosphere and the exciting festivities for the 4th of July, such as the food trucks, poolside movies, and fireworks. The kidtopia features were also a hit.

Felt cosy, nothing to complain about.

The resort is conveniently located near the main resort area, allowing easy access to amenities such as the VUE restaurant and outdoor playing area. The surrounding residential neighborhood adds to the peaceful ambiance.

Limited parking options for check-in can be problematic.
