Beautiful old hotel with character

This place is stunning! The lobby and decor are gorgeous, and the bed was super comfy. We loved chatting with other guests at the cozy bar. The staff was friendly and really eager to help. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and the coffee shop wasn't great, but that didn't ruin our vibe.

The Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh was stunning and impeccably clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Pittsburgh, and the hotel's historic significance was evident in its beautiful architecture and antique furnishings. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore downtown Pittsburgh, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. we had a fantastic stay at Omni and would highly recommend it.

The hotel had a charming and grand ambiance with its high ceilings, marble, and carpeting in the lobby. the room I stayed in was modern and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. - the staff at the hotel, including those at the restaurant and front desk, were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The room I stayed in was quite small, and I felt that it was overpriced considering the size. I had a negative experience with the hotel's security when I lost my belongings.

I recently stayed at Omni in a beautiful room with a full bathroom and a half. The facility is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The Terrace Room served an excellent New Year's Eve meal, and the staff was accommodating when we ordered drinks from the bar. The hotel's safety measures, such as using the room key to access the elevator, provided peace of mind. The dark curtains ensured a peaceful sleep, and I appreciated the option to purchase breakfast in the neighborhood and enjoy it in the lobby.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The hotel staff, especially Claire at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of Heinz Hall for a concert.

omni exceeded my expectations! everything was amazing on this trip. the room was spacious and elegant, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. jon paul at the valet always made us feel welcome. we had a wonderful time in pittsburgh!

Excellent Location and Friendly Valet

I recently stayed at Omni and I was blown away by its excellent location and the friendly valet service. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions and the valet staff were incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the cracks in the molding and the dirty bathroom, I would still recommend this hotel for its prime location and welcoming valet service. I had a pleasant stay at Omni and would consider staying here again.

Great location near a variety of food and beverage options, including Brueggers and Einstein's. the staff, especially the concierge, were very helpful. I enjoyed exploring the city by foot.

The check-in process was confusing and seemed inefficient. the room temperature was too warm and the cooling system struggled during the night.

We especially loved the knowledgeable server at breakfast who even took pictures for us. the convenient valet parking option allowed us to explore the city stress-free. And let's not forget about the delicious food - we didn't have a single complaint. We can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel!
