The room layout was convenient, featuring three balconies with stunning views. Hearing the waves at night created a soothing atmosphere. The temperature control was effective, keeping the space comfortable. We appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, although it was small, it had everything we needed. The jacuzzi tub was a hit with the grandkids. accessing the master bedroom through the second room could be awkward for privacy. Housekeeping was inconsistent but generally friendly. The elevator was a bit slow, but the overall ambiance and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

Exceptional staff. They welcomed us warmly. The complimentary bikes were a handy touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for quick breakfasts. Our granddaughter adored the pool and jacuzzi. Location was ideal, and the view from our deluxe queen room was stunning. the heated pool was non-functional, and our room came with a few issues—bugs and worn blankets. Parking was a nightmare for larger vehicles, and room service was inconsistent. The restaurant's breakfast was mediocre, despite friendly service. If cleanliness and maintenance were improved, this place would shine. It has potential, but they need to elevate their standards to compete with better options.

Our suite was super spacious and so comfortable! I loved waking up to an ocean view and having a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The indoor pool was cozy and inviting, perfect for some downtime after our busy days!

The location is fantastic, with everything from restaurants to shops just a stroll away. The suite was spacious and clean, complete with a huge jacuzzi tub and oceanfront balconies that added to the charm. the bed was in dire need of replacement—uncomfortable and creaky, which marred the stay. Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the hot water situation was a hassle, often leaving us cold in the mornings. The pool area felt uninviting, and I'd love to see it become pet-friendly for those traveling with furry friends.

Really spacious suite with a full kitchen and comfy living areas. The gigantic spa tub was amazing! Two balconies to enjoy the view are a plus. A/C worked great. Clean with lots of amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice staff and an incredible location near the boardwalk and restaurants. Also loved the fitness center!

Just wanted to share my recent stay at Four Sails. The location was amazing, right on the beach with easy access to activities and shops nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Zackery and Raven on the 5th floor. I stayed in a deluxe queen room with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely jetted tub which was a nice touch for relaxation. The full kitchen with dishwasher and seating area was convenient, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus for staying connected. there were some areas that could use improvement. The balcony door was quite tricky to open and close, constantly coming off track which was a bit frustrating. the parking situation for larger vehicles was challenging, with limited spots and tight angles making it difficult to park comfortably. my stay at Four Sails was enjoyable, with some minor issues that could be addressed to enhance the overall experience. Just a few small tweaks could make this beachfront property even more inviting.

My stay was fantastic with the beach just a few steps away, plus tons of restaurants and local attractions like Neptune's Park and the Navy Seal Monument within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot and enjoy the classic coastal vibes; the rooms offered great amenities like a kitchen and lovely balcony, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure, but the hotel could use some updates and a better selection of towels.

finding a big enough space for my truck was a constant struggle. Plus, the room was poorly maintained—mold in the heater left us sneezing all night. Definitely not a relaxing getaway.
