The staff is incredibly friendly, making the experience feel special. The ice rink was disappointing and not suitable for kids. There are local walking tours nearby that add a fun element to your stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The in-room entertainment was incredible, I mean, who doesn't love watching their favorite shows while soaking in a huge tub, right? And that hydrating facial I got? Tina really knows her stuff, best spa treatment I've had in ages.

It wasn't exactly bargain basement prices but worth every penny for the experience.

Rooms are spacious with impeccable service and personal touches. Had issues accessing the bar, which was frustrating. The location is also perfect for local walking tours and art galleries.

The pool area is overcrowded during peak times!!! Noise from events can be distracting for those not attending!!! Temperature control in rooms can be tricky to manage effectively!!! It would be great if dining reservations were managed better to avoid confusion!!!

Request a turn-down service for pleasant touches like organized personal items and extra hand towels. It enhances the stay significantly.
