Spacious suites exceeded expectations with mini bar and mini spa-like bathrooms. Staff provided excellent care and attention to detail, offering cleaning cloths for glasses and bookmarks for books. Hotel oozed comfort, quality, and superb service, boasting top-class amenities such as fangdangled electronics controlled by tablets. Supremely helpful and courteous staff offered upgrades upon arrival, providing ample room for multiple guests with separate tubs and showers. a stunningly good destination hotel with a leader at the top of its class.

Our room at this hotel was beautifully appointed with modern decor and state-of-the-art technology, including iPads to access hotel amenities. The housekeeping was efficient and discreet. The Lobby restaurant had great breakfast options, and the Z Bar offered a lively atmosphere with stunning views. I recommend this hotel.

I really liked the fact that the hotel provided complimentary valet parking and in-room breakfast during our stay. It was a nice convenience and saved us some money. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to get around. Lastly, I enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city skyline. It was a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious cocktails.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the noise level during the night. There was a party nearby that played loud music, which was quite disruptive and made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The Easter brunch at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the variety of food options was incredible, including sushi-sashimi, seafood like king crab legs and oysters, delicious cheeses, a carving station with beef tenderloin and lamb chops, and even a kiddie buffet. the decor was beautiful and the service was excellent. the room was also beautiful and very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job. One of the front desk staff, Bradley, was very polite and helpful, going above and beyond by sending congratulatory cookies to our room for my daughter's high school graduation.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. Unfortunately, there were some obnoxious and drunk guests next to us during the brunch, which made our experience a bit uncomfortable.

Housekeeping went above and beyond, stocking my room with water, extra pillows, and blankets. The valet service was exceptional, always prompt with getting my car and being attentive to my needs. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of the city's Magnificent Mile on Michigan Ave. The hotel provided a complimentary wheelchair for my follow-up appointment at a local hospital, which was very helpful. The cleanliness of the room was superb, with a comfortable mattress and bed linen that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, with tea and coffee facilities, and even hidden adapters and connectors that came in handy. The staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and even handled a last-minute addition of twin baby girls to my room, providing cribs, strollers.

Almost perfect - coffee-cups not replaced for morning and curtains not drawn in the living room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel across from the old pump house at Water Tower. It is in a great location, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping always keeping everything tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa and the dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service throughout our visit.
