the rooms are just simply disgraceful, moist and smelly bathrooms with roaches everywhere! absolutley no one cares about guest comfort here. I also expected a nice upgrade after that, but it woudl ve been great if they even acknowledged my concerns. breakfast? a joke! I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

We love how conveniently located the hotel is, with easy access to several restaurants and attractions. The recently remodeled rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, we enjoyed catching the fireworks from our room each night, which was a delightful surprise!

However, the breakfast options were quite basic, lacking variety.

Loved the comfy room and found it super clean! The decor was modern, and those USB ports on the desk were a lifesaver for charging gadgets. Such a fab location near everything!

But the comforter was about as useful as a napkin, and don’t get me started on the towel game. seems like it was amateur hour at the towel count!

The location was fantastic, just steps away from restaurants and attractions. The rooms were recently updated and clean, which made for a comfortable stay.

Parking space was limited, often requiring us to park further away.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

We recently spent four nights in a cozy room, but faced issues with low water pressure and limited lighting. Breakfast was minimal—perfect for a quick start, but I recommend bringing your own snacks. The friendly staff was a highlight, and the location is great for exploring Pigeon Forge.

Clean room and great free Wi-Fi, but noisy bed and ants in the sink area.

Had a choice location, heaps close to everything! The staff were sweet as, but the breakfast spread could do with way more variety. Overall decent stay!

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy Queen room for three nights. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. A tip for future guests, request fresh towels from the front office each evening, and consider bringing extra hangers for clothing. Overall, a decent experience!
