Nice ambiance and excellent location in South Beach. Great beach access and enjoyable á la carte breakfast. The pool area was a relaxing retreat, though the slow elevators were a drawback. Close to Miami Beach Boardwalk and other landmarks for family exploration, enhancing our bonding experience. The hotel was a decent choice for a family stay, with nice decor and comfy beds.

Let's taco 'bout the delicious Vienna Beef hot dogs by the pool—they're reel-y Miami magic! Plus, kudos to poolside service from Mladen and the swanky decor. The location's a slice of beachy bliss, just a quick hop to local eateries like Cleo and The Bazaar by Jose Andres.

Additionally, the oceanfront 1950s-era Nautilus boasted an outdoor pool surrounded by cabanas, spa services, and a restaurant, making it easy to indulge in relaxation and delicious meals.

The views from the balcony at Nautilus by Arlo were simply stunning. I could enjoy the refreshing breeze and soak in the beautiful scenery of the ocean and city. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the bar, where the friendly and welcoming barmen truly made me feel at home with their delightful cocktails and warm conversation.

I experienced some challenges with the night staff, who were quite rude and unhelpful.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and most staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. I had the best poolside massage ever, thanks to Manuel. The location was great, just a couple of streets away from shopping and dining options, and a short walk to the lively party clubs. it was a great value for the price paid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant area with easy access to all the main attractions. The fact that it was right on the beach was a major plus, as I could enjoy the beautiful view and take walks along the shoreline whenever I wanted. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the friendly room service to the helpful staff at the front desk. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great customer service, beautiful design, and fantastic beach access. Small gym open 24/7 was convenient. Names of staff members that made a positive impact mentioned. Delicious coffee and tasty breakfast. Quiet penthouse room appreciated. Freezing lobby A/C was a downside.

The Lobby Bar, concealed behind dramatic 25-foot curtains, was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure trove of old Miami glamour. It felt like finding a secret passage to a bygone era, where we enjoyed decadent libations and soaked in the vintage charm.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, featuring croissants and pain au chocolat. The pool area was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the cocktails and food offered at the hotel. One night, there was even a club downstairs with an awesome DJ playing Nigerian songs. it was an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations.

The Nautilus Sonesta hotel in Miami Beach is a stylish and well-appointed 4-star accommodation, offering rooms with a 48-inch flat-screen TV and balcony views of the ocean or city. The staff were quick to address any missing items in the room, providing a prompt and attentive service.

Admittedly, the bathroom shower with a half door proved to be quite impractical. The design of the door led to water flooding the floor, which was a bit inconvenient.
