Stayed at a toddler-friendly hotel near SeaWorld. the kiddie water park and pool area were perfect for our 2-year-old. the staff, from check-in to breakfast, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special mention to Simone from engineering, who went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast buffet downstairs had amazing service and a very attentive server. Would definitely recommend Renaissance for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location is perfect, right across from a popular attraction, making it convenient for families and tourists. The room service was excellent, with quick delivery of delicious wings and fries. The staff at the Mist Bar, especially Doug and the rest of the team, were friendly and made great menu suggestions. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and all of the servers at the on-site restaurant were helpful and nice.
