The grounds at this resort are beautifully maintained, creating a picturesque and serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The variety of pools available cater to different preferences, whether you're looking for a lively atmosphere or a more peaceful retreat. The numerous bars and restaurants offered a wide range of cuisines, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, Rincon. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The resort is located in a beautiful spot with a stunning beachfront. Guests can enjoy the clear blue waters without worrying about hitting any obstacles like the "stone henge" structures that protect the beach. The Isla restaurant offers delicious food in a stunning location, overlooking the ocean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great service. The breakfast options are of good quality and will surely satisfy any palate.

The resort had beautiful grounds and well-maintained rooms. the location was also great, with easy access to the beach and pools. One of the best aspects was the variety of relaxation spots, such as loungers, cabanas, and hammocks, where guests could unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Some staff members, particularly at the Isla restaurant, were rude and abrupt. the service was not consistent, with bars often being closed in the afternoon.

My recent stay at the El Dorado Royale was absolutely amazing! The resort itself is stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were always impeccably clean. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and their friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the pools, which were clean and had plenty of sun loungers and cabana-style beds. It was so nice to have a beautiful and serene place to spend the day. The property truly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the obstructed view from the beachfront room due to palm trees and the loud nighttime show for rooms located nearby, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The hotel itself cannot control the rough waters caused by a passing storm and the presence of seaweed on the beaches.

The breakfast was satisfactory, but the distance to Los Caracos was inconvenient. The omelet station often had lengthy queues. The best dining experience was at La Isla, surpassing other restaurants. The resort staff was friendly and attentive. The entertainment was impressive and surpassed expectations for an all-inclusive establishment. Plenty of free Bali beds and loungers were available, and the grounds and pools were well-maintained.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There are 3 hotels in one, with 10 bars and restaurants offering delicious food. The staff are always smiling and kind. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The design and layout are beautiful. There are plenty of beachfront areas to relax in, with attentive service. This is my favorite all-inclusive in the area, it's more relaxed and happy than others. Trust me, come here and thank me later!

Staying at this hotel was pure luxury. the exclusive amenities and facilities like the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace were all exceptional. the beauty treatments like full body massage, facial and pedicure were out of this world.

The only minor issue was the lack of information provided on the schedule of events and restaurant hours. Although this was small, the service could have been improved by a bit more attentive communication between the guests and staff.
