My stay at the hotel was for leisure purposes and lasted for two nights. the location was superb, with easy access to major entertainment venues like First Energy Stadium and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. the friendly staff, comfortable bed, and abundant hot water were highly appreciated. the artistic decor throughout the hotel added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. the impending renovation, under the new name Cleveland Hotel, promises to uplift the outdated features soon.

Wow, the view of the city center from our room was absolutely stunning, especially with the Christmas lights and ice rink. We could even see the Jack casino nearby. Being connected to the mall was super convenient for shopping and entertainment. the room's spacious size was a pleasant surprise for our romantic escape.

The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. Housekeeping was subpar, and little things like the ancient shower and slow internet made the experience less than ideal.
