The bike tours nearby were fantastic and added fun to our stay. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty carpets and unemptied trash.

The lobby had this gorgeous classic vibe that made me feel like royalty! My spacious room had big plush pillows, a comfy bed, and an amazing night view of the city. Plus, the indoor pool and spa facilities were such a treat – perfect for unwinding after a busy day!

Great location, super close to Paycom Center and Bricktown. The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome. Loved the fitness center and spa services. Tanil at the bar made the best chocolate martini ever! Breakfast was fantastic with amazing waffles and fresh fruit. Rooms were comfy with all the amenities you might need. Highly recommend the club floor.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Valet parking was smooth, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

It wasn’t cheap, but the experience was worth it.

The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. We couldn’t get any rest because it just kept shutting off. Definitely not what I expected from a grand hotel experience!

I found the hotel to be perfectly situated just a short stroll from Bricktown where I enjoyed great dining and entertainment options plus it was a quick walk to memorable spots like the Oklahoma City National Memorial and the Myriad Botanical Gardens, making my weekend exploration incredibly enjoyable; the hotel itself was nice with soft sheets and pillows for a comfortable stay but it could use improvements like more efficient housekeeping services.

Beautiful building and friendly staff made for a pleasant vibe upon arrival. The front desk and bartender were super helpful with local dining suggestions. the room left much to be desired—lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and stained curtains were disappointing. The pool area was nice, but the noise from the chaotic valet service didn’t help. A fire alarm at night added to the frustration, but at least the breakfast voucher was a nice gesture. It’s a mixed bag; location wins, but the upkeep definitely needs attention.

Dining options left much to be desired; the waffles were overly sweet, and the huevos rancheros missed the mark entirely. Maintenance needs attention—shampoo the carpet in room 1217. The valet experience was concerning; cars parked blocks away without security led to theft concerns. Amenities were lacking, with broken vending machines and insufficient furnishings. Service was good, but the overall offerings need significant improvement. A mixed experience that warrants careful consideration for future stays.

The room was spacious, but the decor felt outdated and dark. The beds were comfortable, yet the absence of USB ports made charging devices challenging. Temperature control worked well; however, the noise level from outside was noticeable. We found only one large towel for three guests, and it took over an hour to get more. The room had a lingering smell of smoke, diminishing the overall comfort. The bathroom was below expectations, with the shower and sink not functioning properly. With only limited amenities available, it felt very underwhelming for the price.
