The breakfast was exquisite and had a beautiful view. the hotel is centrally located in a bustling neighborhood, making it easy to explore and dine at nearby restaurants and cafes. the staff was friendly, energetic, and helpful throughout our stay. One additional advantage was the presence of nice stores and restaurants within the hotel.

The pillows were too soft and didn't provide enough support. There were some cleanliness issues, such as dirt on the floor and missed spots during vacuuming.

This venue is a true luxury escape in the heart of a bustling neighborhood. the staff was attentive and ensured all our luxurious needs were met. the garden area provided an exclusive retreat away from the vibrant city life. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic with special diet menus catered to our needs. And the room itself was impeccably designed with exclusive amenities.

We experienced a minor issue with the check-in process and had to wait a few hours before accessing our room. Despite this, the service was prompt and friendly in addressing our need for coffee and tea in the lobby.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed everything - soulful atmosphere, vinyl record player, delicious food, friendly staff, well-designed rooms.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
