The staff was friendly, energetic, and helpful throughout our stay. One additional advantage was the presence of nice stores and restaurants within the hotel.

The pillows were too soft and didn't provide enough support. There were some cleanliness issues, such as dirt on the floor and missed spots during vacuuming.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed everything - soulful atmosphere, vinyl record player, delicious food, friendly staff, well-designed rooms, free bike hire.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
