Fantastic Service

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel was clean and accommodating, perfect for both families and business travelers like myself. The location was convenient and the staff were always polite and helpful. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were truly commendable. I highly recommend Hampton Inn for a delightful stay.

The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff who prepared the food and maintained the dining area were wonderful. The hotel's location was perfect, right in town and close to everything. The hotel had a great location, with a Walmart, Dollar General, KFC, and Popeyes within walking distance. It was convenient to have these options nearby for any last-minute needs or cravings. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was wonderful. the kitchen staff was helpful and the variety of options made for a satisfying start to the day.

My experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. the check-in process was quite frustrating, as we had to wait almost all day before being able to access our room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Jackson! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel at home and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The free breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated that they allowed us to bring our pets along with us. The location near the beautiful H. W. Pierce Jr. Memorial Park was a bonus. we were extremely pleased with our experience at the Hampton Inn in Jackson. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for a last-minute evacuation from Hurricane Irma. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel at home and safe during this uneasy time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast provided was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel's location was convenient, with Walmart, Dollar General, KFC, and Popeyes within walking distance. I also appreciated that they allowed me to bring my 2 cats and 2 dogs with me.

I booked this hotel last minute as I needed shelter from hurricane Irma in Tampa. The staff here was super friendly and made me feel at home. The best part was the amazing free breakfast they offered, definitely the best I've ever had. I also appreciate that they welcomed my two cats and two dogs. Porsche at the front desk provided excellent service and deserves a raise. Thanks for a great stay!

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a problem with a faulty smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night, but they responded quickly and efficiently, even calling the Fire Department to ensure our safety. The beds were also amazingly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
