It was so relaxing to be surrounded by nature and have so many local places to eat, drink, and shop. The hotel itself was perfect - not too crowded and spread out enough to provide a sense of privacy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely, with all the amenities I could ask for including a spacious terrace and a separate tub and shower. And the spa! Wow, it was truly incredible. From the heated swimming pool to the jacuzzi and steam room, I felt completely pampered and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway.

I recently had a relaxing stay at a hidden gem just outside of DC. The attention to detail and luxury at Salamander Resort And Spa exceeded my expectations. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for leisurely strolls. I especially loved the tub in the room for indulging in bubble baths. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the staff was friendly and attentive. Complimentary shoe shining was an added bonus. Being close to affordable wineries like Cana was a definite plus. Although I wished the room had been a bit cleaner, overall it was a nice stay. I would definitely consider visiting Salamander Resort And Spa again and would highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The luxurious spa offered the most amazing massages, and I also enjoyed the various amenities it had to offer, such as the aromatherapy steam room and heated tepadarium chairs. The location of the resort was perfect for me as it was surrounded by natural grasses and flowers, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the staff's exceptional service and their attentiveness to detail.

The rooms were stunning and the spa services were top-notch. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the various activities available. the location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, with lovely trails to walk and fire pits to enjoy in the evening. it exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic time.

The only downside was that some of the prices were quite high, especially at the restaurant and spa. Additionally, we found that there were limited options for adults looking for a quiet area away from the crowd, especially at the pool.
