I had a fantastic experience staying at Sheraton. The location on the beach was perfect, and I loved being able to see and hear the ocean from my room. The resort and rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the pool and exercise room, were excellent. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the convenience of shuttles to Lahaina. it was a wonderful Sheraton experience.

We upgraded to a room with a beautiful view across the resort and down the beach. The location is fantastic with beautiful snorkeling at black rock which is directly in front of the resort. This resort is much more spacious and quieter than the other resorts in the area. The free transfer bus to Lahaina and other hotels was very handy. Despite the workers strike, the staff on duty were great. The swimming pool was amazing and all the staff that were working were fantastic. The concierge provided beyond exceptional service. The room was just perfect. This resort feels secluded and private, and you can see turtles and a huge array of fish if you go snorkeling in the ocean near the hotel.

Great location for snorkeling and incredible ocean views from the deluxe ocean view room. Beach access is convenient. a nice stay at a good price.

Located just a short walk from Whaler's Village shopping center and a local grocery store, our Ocean Double with lanai provides stunning views directly on the ocean. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, with the breakfast buffet being decent. The bellman and shuttle service are convenient advantages.

The hotel appears dated and our room had some cleanliness issues, including green mold in the bathroom and no complimentary water bottles.

Close to Lahaina town, convenient location, nice pools and beach, amazing breakfast, excellent A/C.

We had a memorable stay at Sheraton. The property was stunning with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and resort were impeccably clean. We were lucky to stay in an ocean side room with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was incredible. The location was unbeatable, with the best beach and great restaurants nearby. It was the perfect setting for our first time visit to Hawaii.

I loved the location of this hotel, right on the beach and close to Black Rock. The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing - I even spotted some turtles! The service at the poolside restaurant was excellent and they had great happy hour deals.

We had a great experience at Sheraton. The ocean view room in building 4 was amazing. The resort and rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable with the best beach, snorkeling, and great restaurants in west Maui. The resort had a wonderful resort feel with a pool, beach, tiki torches, and Polynesian architecture. It was also convenient to have easy access to both the pool and the beach. The open-air design added a nice touch and the location next to the black rock cliffs was a bonus. our stay at Sheraton was exactly what we needed for some much-needed family fun time.

We stayed at Sheraton for a wedding and had a perfect experience. The location is ideal with shuttles to take you into Lahaina and Whalers Village within walking distance. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was very good. The resort feels secluded and private, with a calm and relaxed vibe. The room was perfect, with a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Snorkeling right near the hotel was incredible, with daily sightings of sea turtles and a variety of fish. Sheraton provided exceptional service and a truly resort-like experience.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic 11-day stay at Sheraton in August. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms, although in need of an update, were large, clean, and comfortable. The location was great with a nice long beach and walking distance to interesting spots. We enjoyed the convenience of Enterprise rent-a-car on site and the $80 breakfast and happy hour package. a wonderful experience that we would definitely do again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to Black Rock which offered excellent snorkeling opportunities. We were able to see turtles swimming in the water below our balcony, which was an amazing sight. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the bathroom in our room being the cleanest we've ever seen in a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Noah at the front desk who patiently answered all our questions and helped us pick the perfect room. The hotel facilities were great, with a poolside restaurant that had excellent service and happy hour deals. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed at a beautiful property right on Black Rock. Snorkeling with reef fish and sea turtles daily in front of the resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our every need. Very pleased with our stay.
