the lobby had a lovely atmosphere, but the odd smell really clashed with it. Also, I was SHOCKED by the incredibly slow elevator. Seriously, I expected better. After all, with my stature and importance, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch for the hassle. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Utilize the outdoor creek area for a peaceful retreat. it's a great spot to relax and recharge away from the hustle of the hotel.

It was just a good pick for a weekend outing in Pigeon Forge with very good value for money. The beds in the rooms were super comfy and spacious, perfect for a family resting after a long day. Make sure to take your time at breakfast since it can get a bit crowded near the front desk area.

Pool towels were tiny. bring a beach towel!

super spacious room with a kitchenette, great for a family stay ! super clean and the staff were friendly ! location is perfect , off the strip but close enough to everything. the outdoor creek with ducks was a nice touch too !

We loved the indoor and outdoor pools, especially the lazy river. The staff was super warm and truly attentive, making it easier for us to relax while our teenage kids swam. Plus, the easy access to the beautiful Smoky Mountains was perfect for hiking!

My wife says that the breakfast options could use a little more variety for kids.

The staff was super nice! They always cleaned our room in the morning after we removed the do not disturb sign, making it feel fresh again. The kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor lazy river was such a hit! ! We chilled by the creek before starting our busy days, just a relaxing moment we didn’t plan for, but it was perfect for us.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, I’d say it was still acceptable.

Impressive range of breakfast options featuring premium meats, made mornings enjoyable. The pools, particularly the lazy river, were well maintained and a highlight for the entire family. The room included a kitchenette, adding convenience for our stay, but the window design raised safety concerns for families with small children as it had no screen. Despite this, the indoor pool area remained a favorite, especially with its extended hours.

The location was peaceful, and the pools were fab, especially the lazy river! Our room was spacious enough for my teen boys to sprawl out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

But good grief, those walls were thinner than my patience waiting for the elevator! I could hear my neighbors' plans for their next family drama.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond! (Loved how they tucked my daughter's stuffed animals in bed. ) Breakfast was decent, but I wished for a choice of sausage or bacon.

Elevator wait times were a bit frustrating! Also, the picnic area could use more seating.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff assisted me with printing on my first stay. I'd highly recommend it for a family-friendly experience. I'm coming back for Easter!
