The indoor pool’s chlorine levels are a concern, so bring eye drops. The breakfast offers plenty of options and tastes good. our one-bedroom suite felt cramped for four. The air conditioning only in the living room made for an uncomfortable sleep. The location strikes a balance—quiet yet accessible. Still, the elevator is painfully slow and needs upgrading. Maintenance issues can arise, but staff responsiveness, especially Michael’s, made a difference. Value is there, but consider the cold pools and wait times.

The view from the balcony overlooks the lazy river, and the outdoor pool is just fabulous! I love that it's a quiet and safe space, perfect after a long day of adventures.

The sofa bed felt cramped—definitely not roomier than the queen bed. Plus, it lacked double blankets, making it uncomfortable. The springs were super noticeable. I expected better comfort for the price, honestly. Just disappointing!

Elevator waits were long and it felt crowded. The breakfast selection was decent and the golf course nearby was a nice touch.

A couple of maintenance issues arose, like a leaky sink and a cold jacuzzi, but they were addressed promptly. Access to the convention center required a drive, which was a bit inconvenient. Parking was tight in the evenings, but the overall experience was pleasant.

During my stay, I loved how this place was just four minutes from all the Pigeon Forge attractions yet nestled in a semi-secluded area that feels miles away from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel and soothing views of a stream;

It was just a decent option for a city break in Pigeon Forge with value for price. Staff was very friendly.

Great spot for families in the Smokies

Super clean with friendly staff. Free hot breakfast had lots of choices. Rooms are big enough for our family of 6 with air conditioning, microwave, and refrigerator. Loved the pools, especially the hot tubs and kids' pool. Guest laundry was a lifesaver. Close to everything but still quiet.

I loved the peaceful location away from the crowds, perfect for families! Our spacious room was a dream—with a cozy pull-out couch for the kids.

The room was spacious, featuring two Queen beds and a full kitchen, which was a delightful surprise. Spotlessly clean and nicely updated, it felt very welcoming. The beds were on the firm side but provided a comfortable night's sleep. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher, perfect for longer stays. The deck off the room offered a nice view, although the elevator was slow during peak times. The location was great, tucked off the main road yet close to attractions. A little more attention to pool temperatures would enhance the experience.
