The ballroom was stunning. a perfect venue for a family wedding, and the buffet breakfast was satisfying! The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay.

Room decor felt outdated and cleanliness was an issue, with reports of dirty bathrooms. The parking situation during events was chaotic, impacting guest convenience!

The live music at the bar added a fun vibe to our stay, while the spacious rooms provided comfort, though I found the incidentals fee frustrating as it lacked clarity during check-in.

I had numerous issues during my stay. The check-in process was frustrating due to a confused staff member at the front desk who tried to charge me twice. Although another staff member helped resolve the issue, it set a negative tone for the stay. Additionally, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and my family felt uncomfortable overall, leading to a disappointing experience.

I had a lovely stay at Sheraton Parsippany Hotel. The spacious Deluxe Double Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for our family getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful grounds, complete with a pretty little park in the back that made our mornings feel peaceful. The pool and hot tub were great additions, and breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Jessica, went above and beyond to help us, even when I needed assistance weeks later!

The only downside was the slight distance from the city, leading to some traffic.

The movie-like castle design of the hotel truly stood out, adding a unique charm to our experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Jessica, who ensured our needs were met throughout our visit.

It was just a great match for a city holiday in Parsippany with very good value for money. The waiter at the restaurant was delightful, making my meal experience much better. Make sure to check if any facilities like the gym might be crowded on weekends.

the internet was out most of my stay, which was frustrating for work! ! the castle design caught me off guard and was absolutely beautiful. the indoor pool and hot tub were much needed. I loved the access to walking paths around the river!
