Friendly concierge service made for an enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I found dust accumulating in several places, including on the mattress box spring cover. The fridge had not been properly cleaned.

The breakfast service is a standout, especially with Jose's exceptional talent at making personalized omelets that truly elevate the morning experience.

Unfortunately, the noise insulation in the rooms is lacking. even on the higher floors, I could hear street sounds and elevator disturbances quite clearly.

the room had a strange smell upon arrival. the location was super convenient with easy access to subway stations. quick elevators were impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

the hot water pressure was a disgrace, a mere trickle unworthy of a hotel. our requests for an extra chair, laughably denied. almost gave it a good review, but let's be honest, i shoudl have upgraded at minimum!

The location was fantastic, just steps away from the subway and local attractions! Staff were super welcoming. I loved the coffee machine in my room!

It is a charming hotel with a prime location near subway stations and plenty of vibrant dining options, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience!

I stayed for a week with friends. We had a king room and another with two queen beds. The location was good for getting to the subway and local attractions. The bedding was comfortable, and the staff provided daily replacements for towels and amenities. My room faced the back, which was quiet. I enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast that came with the stay. It has been a good starting point for exploring. Being from Italy, I appreciate the American breakfast options.

A Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, and despite a few hiccups with noisy air conditioning and lift delays, the staff were quick to address our concerns. Don't forget to check out the breakfast for a great start to your day!

The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and friendliness, addressing any concerns with efficiency. Enjoyed the spacious room, equipped with a fridge and coffee maker, adding convenience to the stay. However, the street noise from morning deliveries disrupted sleep, even on a lower floor. The highlight was the breakfast featuring delicious tartines, which energized the day for exploring.

Comfy bed, large room, loved in-room coffee. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

It was just a commendable fit for a short weekend trip in New York with good value considering the price it charged. The front desk staff were nice and quickly resolved an issue with my sheets. Bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the streets.

Amazing staff. they helped us with car arrangements and were always welcoming. The location is great, just a short walk to subway stations and many attractions.

Could improve breakfast options. having some eggs would have been nice.
