During our recent stay at Sheraton in University City, we found it to be the perfect location for our visit to UPenn. The facilities were well-maintained and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was knowledgeable and provided us with all the necessary information to navigate the area. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appetizers offered with our room. The pool was just the right size and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the view of the fireworks from our room was a delightful surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially Kathryn Wilson who always ensured my room was clean. The location was perfect, close to CHoP, and the spacious lobby was a great place to work. While the TV had a few issues, the engineer was quick to fix them. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially the young woman who checked me in, were friendly and genuine. The bed in my room was very comfortable and everything was clean. I also loved the convenience of the location, as it was within walking distance to everything on campus and in the University City area. Great location with beautiful views and friendly locals. Delicious Indonesian food, especially the Nasi Goreng. Clean rooms, pool, and regular housekeeping. The expansive infinity pool overlooking the ocean, city, and mountains is stunning.

We loved the pool at night, it was beautifully lit up and we had a blast with all the different activities. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. We are definitely interested in staying again!

The view from the 20th floor was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located near everything I needed to get to. The front desk clerk, Devita, was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face. She gave me great recommendations for restaurants in the area.
