The suite was like renting a nice condo with plenty of room to spread out and work on projects. the kitchen was great for preparing food and even had stocked items that we forgot. the beds were very comfortable.

It was disappointing that the property did not inform me beforehand that they did not accept certain payment methods. This caused some inconvenience and almost resulted in us being turned away.

The suites were spacious, clean, and had two bathrooms, which was a plus. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient and close to the attractions we visited.

Great amenities in the suites including a fireplace and full kitchen with high-end appliances. The grounds are well-maintained and the bath linens are soft. There is ample parking available and the breakfast is good, with quality coffee. The environment is family-friendly and staff are supportive.

This was the best hotel I stayed at. My husband and I used it as a getaway and it felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially a front desk attendant I saw all three days, was very nice and her constant pleasant attitude made our stay great. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff respected our privacy, only knocking to exchange linens. The price was reasonable and the beds were comfortable. I also liked that the TV could be seen in every room. The location was perfect for our visit to family in Philadelphia and our trips to New York City. The facilities were top-notch and the suites were impressive. I wouldn't waste my money on a more expensive named brand hotel when Sonesta exists. During my stay in this hotel, the location was perfect in-between the basketball court and a white castle. The room was well-designed and modern with a cozy sitting area. The bathroom was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite and cordial, and the parking was abundant. Moreover, the hotel offered lovely lofts, and the price was reasonable as well.

It was a bit disappointing to find that there were no dispensers with body wash or shampoo available in the bathroom.

Staying here was a great experience! We loved the location, with easy access to restaurants like White Castle as well as a Marriott Residence and Hilton in New York City. The service was fantastic, especially the dry cleaning and housekeeping. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services, laundry, and room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The fridge and microwave in our room made it easy to prepare our own meals, and the television, am/fm alarm clock, CD player, and flat-screen TV were great for entertainment. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast at the restaurant buffet was delicious!
