the room was very dated and not clean upon arrival. the overwhelming air freshener made check-in unbearable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just as the front desk staff had described before I booked. It was so close to the event I came for, and I didn't have to worry about transportation or being far away. I loved that I could easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view from my balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, from the lobby to the common areas. There were no musty smells, and my room was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking garage was so convenient. The staff, from the front desk to the general staff, were all so friendly and willing to help with any needs. And the breakfast was delicious and varied every day. I don't understand the negative reviews I read before my trip because the breakfast was plentiful and exceeded my expectations. this hotel made my stay enjoyable and I felt well taken care of.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Virginia Beach for a relaxing beach getaway. The oceanfront rooms were fantastic, especially the spacious two-room suite. It had a separate living room and bedroom area, with two TVs for entertainment. The bathroom area had two sinks, perfect for getting ready in the mornings. The kitchen area was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and there were plenty of cupboards to store our belongings. The two dressers and roomy closet were great for organizing our clothes. I appreciated the ironing board, iron, and hairdryer provided in the room. The balcony provided a lovely view of the ocean, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee. The continental breakfast served was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and a hot tub. The color scheme of the hotel room was unique and visually appealing.

During our stay, we were able to enjoy many great restaurants and the beautiful scenery right on the ocean due to the hotel's prime location. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the oceanfront. The bathroom was also top-notch and there were plenty of facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness room, and a complimentary breakfast.

We did have some trouble with maid service not being consistent and our trash cans not being emptied on a daily basis.

I loved staying at Springhill Suites on the oceanfront. The outdoor pool was fantastic, and the views of the ocean from my room were breathtaking.
