The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with a spotless room and attentive housekeeping staff. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel's location right by the park was perfect, allowing us easy access to most everything we did in the central business district.

They even accommodated our early check-in request and made sure our room was ready in time for our dinner reservations. The attention to detail and personalized care really made us feel special. The location right by the Boston Common was ideal and the hotel itself was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for a top-notch experience.

We enjoyed our Easter weekend in the heart of downtown, steps from excellent restaurants and with a beautiful view. The staff was very accommodating and even surprised our kids with toys and Easter treats. We heard great advice from the front desk team that made our city trip planning smooth. Also, the room was clean and provided us with a comfortable stay.

Although the room was clean, the outdated décor made us feel as if we were stepping back in time. Additionally, the food from the room service menu was uninspiring and overpriced.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the beautiful holiday decorations throughout the hotel. It really added to the festive atmosphere and made me feel like I was in a winter wonderland. Additionally, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my holiday experience was memorable.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. Firstly, the room was quite small and lacked necessary amenities. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was disappointing. I would have loved to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

There was a minor issue with the bathroom door being heavy and not staying open, which could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

The only issue we experienced was in the restaurant. Although the food was delicious and the selection remarkable, the special diet menus were somewhat limited. Other than that, this venue was perfect for a fantastic stay, with an unbeatable location and truly exclusive facilities that made our stay truly unforgettable.
