The hotel is also family-friendly, with no explicit music or drunken shows. The pool service provided by Alejandro was fast and attentive, and Martin, the pool bartender, made great drinks. The service at Las Palomas restaurant was exceptional, thanks to Demetrio, Aurelio, and Gaby. the hotel felt safe and secure, thanks to the safety manager, Israel, and the bell boy, Luis. We cannot praise the amazing staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable.

The service and staff were top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with animators like Cristian, Silvia, Daniel, and Arlin creating a party vibe all day and night. The resort also prioritizes safety, with a safety manager named Israel providing peace of mind.

I had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito! The value for the money was excellent, and our Luxury suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach and a short stroll to all the downtown restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, from the friendly restaurant staff to the helpful front desk staff who went above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Nestled in a prime beachfront location, this hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities that catered to my needs. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing, with cozy sun loungers and a beautiful garden area overlooking the ocean. the spa centre was a haven of tranquility with an array of treatments that included body wraps, massages and facials. the restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic buffet breakfast, and I loved the private facilities of my room which were truly exclusive.

While the service was excellent, there was a bit of a wait for the treatment room.

The resort is a short distance from the marina area, which offers even more excitement and adventure.

The resort is quite old and could benefit from some modern updates, particularly in the bathrooms.

I loved staying at this resort! The view from my room was amazing - a perfect mix of the pool and the ocean. The restaurants were fantastic, with the ceviche and shrimp cocktail being my favorite. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they handled my room change request perfectly. I had a fantastic time at Pueblo Bonito.
