The value for money at Secrets St. James was excellent. The room was cozy, spacious, and had a stunning view from the 4th floor. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and a little rock formation where we saw fish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome.

The perfect getaway with luxurious facilities, fabulous beach and pools, and a spa to die for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always accommodating. The meals were delicious, and the location was ideal, close to activities and local restaurants. The property was well-designed with stunning views, crystal clear water, and clean sand. The entertainment was enjoyable every night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alvin at the bar. the property was well-maintained and clean throughout the day. the pool was always clean and well-kept. the food was decent with a nice variety, especially the breakfast buffet. the drinks were great, with top shelf options available. the room was clean, updated, and comfortable.

The welcome greeting included a pushy upsell, which was not appreciated after a long day of travel. Room service was unreliable and sometimes took a long time to arrive.

The service at this resort was amazing! the staff were friendly, kind, and a lot of fun. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the food at most of the restaurants was great, especially the French restaurant. the resort was well-maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the little touches, like the clothes rack on the patio and the convenient boxes for room service pick up.

One downside was the smoking policy. Although there were designated areas for smoking, some guests didn't follow the rules and smoked wherever they pleased, including on the beach.

We loved the amazing smell of the lobby and the incredibly comfy beds. Despite being two resorts combined, it never felt crowded. The whole staff was caring and well-organized. The food was excellent and the resort was very clean. We appreciated the hotel's offer to store our luggage and allow us to use the facilities after check-out. The Barefoot grill was awesome and the bar and restaurants were great. There were numerous activities, although some had additional charges. The nightclub was a fun experience. The associates who worked there were extra friendly and great people. Very close to the airport too.
