The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It made it easy for me to find everything I needed during my business trip. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of work.

There were several aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. The lack of warm food and limited choices left a lot to be desired.

The staff at Staybridge Suites - Columbus Polaris, An IHG Hotel, were friendly and easygoing, making us feel welcomed. We'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a pleasant surprise and they were of good quality. The availability of a full-sized coffee maker and real mugs was a nice touch, and having salt in the cabinet was a small but thoughtful gesture that I appreciated.
