The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It made it easy for me to find everything I needed during my business trip. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of work.

There were several aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. the lack of warm food and limited choices left a lot to be desired.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast options and the level of cleanliness in our room. Despite an unexpected disruption to the air conditioning, the staff was quick to offer us alternative solutions. we enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites.

As backpackers, we loved the modern and chic design of the hotel and the spotlessly clean room. The free breakfast with the waffle bar was a great way to start our day. The staff at Staybridge Suites - Columbus Polaris, An IHG Hotel, were friendly and easygoing, making us feel welcomed. We'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the bathroom, with the mirror and sink outside so it didn't fog up while I showered. The water pressure was fine, though not extraordinary. The built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a pleasant surprise and they were of good quality. The availability of a full-sized coffee maker and real mugs was a nice touch, and having salt in the cabinet was a small but thoughtful gesture that I appreciated.
