stayed at super 8 for a night and loved how friendly the staff was. the room was clean and surprisingly spacious. breakfast was a treat with delicious homemade waffles. i also appreciated that the location is near grocery stores and restaurants, making it super convenient. overall, it was a comfortable stop after a long drive.

The room had a cozy feel, and the decor has a fresh touch. I loved having grass outside for my furry friends. Plenty of hot water in the shower and a comfy bed – a total win!

But good heavens, the ice bucket had a hole in it! Plus, I might as well have been doing the tango with the vagrants in the parking lot – talk about an unexpected roommate scenario!

I also enjoyed that the location was convenient, making it easy to grab meals nearby after a long day on the road.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, despite it being labeled a non-smoking area. Additionally, the room had a cigarette lighter left behind, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. I found several electrical outlets not functioning, and the hair dryer was broken. To make matters worse, a housekeeper knocked and entered my room before the official check-out time, which felt invasive. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could definitely use some improvement.

Ja, the dog-friendly vibes were cool! Room was clean enough, and the staff were super friendly. Brekkie was on time, not fancy, but you can’t ask for much more. Big plus was the chill spot outside for my dogs, grass and all. Really lekker!

Just a heads up, there were some vagrants hanging out in the parking lot, so keep your stuff locked up, boet.
