The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided a warm welcome and showed us around the hotel. the bungalow we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and had a romantic ambiance. We also enjoyed the wonderful location of the hotel, which was conveniently located near popular attractions. Additionally, the town car service provided by the hotel was a great perk.

One minor issue we had was with the free WiFi. It was quite poor and we had to purchase an upgrade to access better internet connectivity.

Staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel was an absolute dream. The staff, especially Louis, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bungalow I stayed in was beautifully romantic with its four-poster bed. The Polo Lounge was a fabulous place to dine, and Anna, our server with the blue glasses, was exceptionally helpful. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Plus, the town car service was a great perk. the personal and friendly atmosphere of the hotel made it a wonderful experience for a solo traveler like myself.

We had the most amazing stay at the BH! the magical history that fills the hallways, restaurants, and entrance of this iconic Hollywood hotel is simply captivating. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by smiling staff and friendly valets. We were even lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, providing us with plenty of room for our stay. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. the staff, from the reception to the concierge, were all super friendly and helpful. the food was divine, the courtyard for breakfast was delightful, and the pool area was absolutely magnificent. the hotel shop also had a great selection of fun and relevant items that we couldn't resist. the true gem of the Beverly Hills Hotel was one particular staff member named Bryan. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like old friends, engaging in genuine conversation with our children and always greeting us by name. Bryan truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience at the BH and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for everything!

As young people, we absolutely loved the personalized attention from the staff. They made us feel like old friends and even showed us around the hotel. The room overlooking the palm tree-lined street of Beverly Hills was spectacular. We were surprised with a birthday cake and champagne upon arrival, making our stay extra special. The concierge department went above and beyond to help organize a surprise cabana experience by the pool, complete with flowers, cake, and balloons. The pool itself was a fantastic place to spend the day. The hotel's attention to detail, from leaving a plate of chocolates and a printed Instagram photo in our room, to the quality of the food, was excellent. We can't wait to return to the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The next morning, we woke up and headed to the garden of the Polo Lounge for a delightful breakfast. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding Los Angeles area. Our room was cozy and had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the service at the Polo restaurant was not up to par. The front girl seemed unpleasant, and the staff, although friendly, were not very attentive for a hotel of this caliber.
