The next morning, we woke up and headed to the garden of the Polo Lounge for a delightful breakfast. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding Los Angeles area. Our room was cozy and had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the service at the Polo restaurant was not up to par. The front girl seemed unpleasant, and the staff, although friendly, were not very attentive for a hotel of this caliber.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive. The location on Sunset Boulevard was perfect, with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel.

The Beverly Hills Hotel - Dorchester Collection is simply magical. From the warm and friendly staff to the luxurious suites, every detail is impeccable. The comfortable beds, divine food, and magnificent pool area make for a truly extraordinary stay. Special mention goes to Bryan, a truly exceptional staff member who made us feel like family. We can't wait to return and make this our home away from home.

The hotel we stayed in during our city break was amazing. We were impressed by the two complementary facts given to us upon arrival. The location was convenient and central, and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. One of the best aspects was that it was close to great restaurants and bars so that we could enjoy the nightlife.

Although the hotel was fantastic, some things were not perfect. One of the worst aspects was that the rooms were a bit noisy, and we had trouble sleeping.

The service was superb. Robes changed every day. Turn down service with bottled water every night. Fantastic staff. Quiet location, close to Beverly Hills.

I had the most wonderful birthday stay at the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, calling us by name and making us feel incredibly special. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and champagne! The room we were upgraded to was absolutely stunning, with a huge balcony and breathtaking views. The bed was heavenly, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing that it was hard to leave. The hotel itself is iconic and has a chill vibe that we haven't found anywhere else. The restaurants on-site were all excellent, especially the Polo Lounge. This is now my favorite place to stay in California, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Although my stay was remarkable, the only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment. However, this was not a deal-breaker since there were other activities available to keep me entertained. The bar/lounge area also provided a great place to grab a drink and socialize with other guests.
