I absolutely loved the cozy charm of the smallest room in the inn, complete with a palm-sized clock. The window overlooking the tree canopy gave it a tree house-like feel. The warm and caring nature of the staff added to the overall positive experience.

Great location near 5th Street Market. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and the Hult Center. Beautiful grounds with access to trails around Skinner Butte.

Thin walls - could hear everything. Jet tub in the room was small and loud, and the front facia fell off.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Homemade scones, fresh fruit and omelettes cooked to perfection. I also loved the charming sitting room with the big windows. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. a great B&B experience!

Our stay at the inn was great value for money and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, tucked away yet still in the heart of everything. The staff at Campbell House Inn was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the morning meal even better would be to add a few more options to choose from.

We loved the location, just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown and the university. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we enjoyed the cozy patio areas. The staff was amazing, with friendly and helpful service. The breakfast was phenomenal, with delicious homemade blueberry scones and great coffee.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! First of all, the value for money was incredible. The prices were so affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The location was perfect, with lush green lawns, blooming roses, and rhododendrons that made the surroundings so beautiful and inviting. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and a park with amazing views and a scenic trail along the river. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms were wonderful. this hotel is my favorite place to stay when visiting in Eugene.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to downtown and the beautiful views from the nearby park made for a great morning walk. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. And to top it all off, the breakfast included each morning was excellent. It had everything we needed to start our day off right.

I had a wonderful stay at the Campbell House Inn. The decor and charm of the house, gardens, and room were absolutely fabulous. The spacious room provided a comfortable night's sleep after a long drive. The breakfast in the morning was a delightful experience, especially with the beautiful fall mist draped over the garden and old tree.

Although there was a slight hiccup with the security, as the receptionist couldn't find the second key to our room, the overall experience was great. The location was convenient and the staff, particularly Michelle and Ella, were outstanding in providing recommendations for nearby places to eat.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming inn in Eugene. The beautifully landscaped grounds made it feel like an oasis in the city. The gourmet breakfast in the morning was a delightful start to the day. Despite being in downtown, the room had a country feel and was both comfortable and clean. The inn offered plenty of parking, which was a plus. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the bedsheets and mattress made sleeping hot. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, such as a dirty ceiling fan and cigarette butts on the patio.

The warm, friendly staff greets you upon arrival and departure and offers freshly baked blueberry scones for the road.
