I recently stayed at The Gwen for a weekend getaway with my husband. The Art Deco decor was stunning, giving the hotel a swanky vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with a connected indoor shopping mall anchored by Nordstrom right onto Michigan Ave. The fitness room had two Peloton bikes, making our workout fun and engaging. We would definitely stay at The Gwen again.

I loved the amazing view of Michigan Ave from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything in walking distance. It was also great to have a parking garage right outside the hotel doors.

The location of this luxurious hotel is unbeatable, as it is right next to the popular Michigan Avenue and is close to the stunning Millennium Park. The rooms are elegant and well-furnished, and the staff is friendly and competent in catering to guests' needs. The rooftop lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and take in the breathtaking views of the city skyline.

One minor downside was the high prices for drinks at the rooftop lounge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly staff held our bags and offered us a cocktail while we waited to check in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The location of the hotel was a dream, being connected right to the Shops at North Bridge. We were also close to many great restaurants in the River North area and just a short walk away from Millennium Park. The staff went above and beyond in providing assistance and were always polite and efficient.

We had an enjoyable stay at The Gwen, a Luxury Collection hotel. The location was excellent, right off the Magnificent Mile with plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and good amenities. The staff, especially Kira at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a beautiful lobby and bar area, perfect for relaxing with friends. I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and well-appointed rooms with amenities like light-blocking curtains and Peloton bikes in the fitness center. Delicious breakfast exceeded expectations.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel had a great central location. the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with a reservation. the hotel had a beautiful entry and the views were great.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We had difficulty getting into the lobby bar and the food selection, especially on the room service menu, was poor.

The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel is an excellent property located in the heart of Chicago. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from my window. The staff are courteous and friendly, and the bar serves delicious food and drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We could easily walk to the River North restaurants, the shops on Michigan Avenue, and even Millennium Park. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. The staff really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

During my stay here, I was amazed by the location of this hotel as it was conveniently located close to River North restaurants, the shops on Michigan and even Millennium Park! Also, the staff went above and beyond with great customer service, offering excellent room service. Additionally, the room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, as well as mini-bar and turndown service, made my stay here even more comfortable.

I highly recommend this venue to my family and friends because of its excellent facilities, courteous staff, and convenient location.
