Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Staff members were courteous and attentive. A casino in close vicinity had a no-smoking section. The pool was easily accessible and a satisfying meal is available at a restaurant. Picture window showcased a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.

The large pool area had plenty of comfortable seating, shade, and ample towels. The staff was attentive and the thermostat in the room worked all night. There was good separation between the hotel and casino buildings, and the bowling alley downstairs was a fun surprise. The foliage in the fall was spectacular and there was ample parking on the casino side. The sports bar, located on the bottom floor next to the bowling alley, was a hidden treasure with a great atmosphere and food. The entire facility was clean both inside and outside, and there was a gas station with a mini-mart within walking distance.

I had a great time staying at The Hotel at Black Oak Casino Resort. The room size was perfect and I loved having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. The T.V. had a great selection of channels and the pool area was nice and clean. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for my birthday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the microwave and Keurig coffee maker in the room. The blackout drapes were perfect for a good night's sleep, and the bistro in the lobby was a nice touch. The location was also great – not too far from everything but secluded enough to feel like a retreat.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel we stayed at was placed in a very convenient location with next door access to a great casino. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and we found the bedding and pillows to be very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel staff was fast and efficient, and the Wi-Fi was free and speedy. We were impressed by the full-size pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

We were not pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the coffee shop staff and the check-in desk personnel.

The hotel offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, which was exactly what I needed. the cleanliness of the room was impressive and better than other hotels in the area. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

One of the downsides of my stay was that the casino did not offer Bingo, which was a disappointment. Another drawback was that the bistro was not open during my visit, forcing me to walk to the casino for coffee.
