We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location near everything in downtown Asheville was perfect. It was easy to walk to Asheville's great restaurants and foodie spots. The staff was excellent, providing us with everything we needed and even helping us with first aid supplies for a minor accident. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. this hotel offered a great experience for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The modern style of the hotel was very appealing. The staff, especially the front desk lady, were incredibly nice and helpful. They made us feel welcome and attended to our needs.

One of the best things about this hotel is their free pet policy, which made traveling with our furry friend a breeze. Additionally, the bed was really comfortable and the views of the mountains from the hotel were breathtaking. Despite being right in the middle of downtown, it surprisingly quiet. We also enjoyed ending our evenings at the WXYZ bar, overlooking the main street. Having parking available for only $10 a day was a huge plus. our experience at Aloft was outstanding and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic staff, always friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the convenience of picking breakfast for the next day. the products in the room, especially the lotion, were excellent. Also, the location of the hotel was great, with shops and good restaurants close by.

The hotel's dinner options were limited, especially for solo travelers. It would have been nice to have more restaurant choices within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is perfect for brewery tours and downtown dining. Biltmore is also easily accessible. The pool deck offers beautiful mountain views, especially in the evenings with a fire. The hotel's bar is a great convenience, and I loved the contemporary vibe of the newer bathroom. The adoption program featuring Milo the dog was a highlight for me.

We loved the dog-friendly atmosphere with a rescue in the lobby. The DJ on Friday night in the bar was a great addition. The nearby restaurants, including The Blackbird and Chestnut, served wonderful meals. The Starbucks cafe provided excellent breakfast service. The location was perfect, with great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and amazing views from the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The animal foster program was a highlight, allowing dogs to find loving homes.

This hotel is situated in a great location as it’s in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and cafes. The views from the large windows on the 4th floor overlooking the Main Street are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have attention to detail. Plus, the prices are great for the value you get.

Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch, and housekeeping were professional and friendly. the location allowed us to walk to most of the sights with ease. Our room was laid out well with modern furnishings, and the bar offered great drinks at reasonable prices.

It was hard to walk the halls and the lobby without stepping in dog pee or getting knocked over by aggressive dogs. the hotel could use more attention to cleanliness after animals, especially in the lobby where there were a lot of dogs barking.
