Great location, but service could be better

Perfect spot for hitting both Monterey and Santa Cruz! The room was decent, and I loved having a second bathroom. The surroundings are beautiful too. Just wish the service was quicker, especially when it comes to getting food. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and could be friendlier.

During my recent stay at Seacliff Inn, I was impressed with the convenient location and easy access to the freeway and nearby attractions. The well-maintained grounds and peaceful koi pond created a relaxing ambiance. The comfortable beds and clean bathroom added to the overall comfort of the room. The highlight of my stay was being able to walk out of my room and directly access the pool. I had a pleasant experience.

Beautiful grounds and koi pond create a serene atmosphere. Breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. the availability of a rollaway bed made our stay comfortable for our family. the presence of other families with children created a fun and lively environment.

The proximity to the beach was misleading as it was not within walking distance and no information was provided on how to get there. the noise from the restaurant and other guests was disruptive, especially at night.

The location is convenient and the grounds are well-maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The live music and dancing at the bar on Saturday nights adds to the enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the outdoor seating at the restaurant is fantastic. Family-friendly and safe environment.

We enjoyed our stay at Seacliff Inn Aptos, especially the poolside service where we could enjoy dinner by the pool. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. we recommend this hotel for a summer getaway.

The hotel's location was superb, just a minute drive from the beach and conveniently located right off the highway. The property was surrounded by beautiful plants, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and eager to please.

This hotel is fantastic as it is located close to the beach which is fantastic for taking a stroll down to the ocean. Moreover, there are numerous stores closely located to this hotel which can easily satisfy any shopping needs one may have. The service provided by the hotel staff is excellent with their attention to detail being impeccable. The refurbished rooms have a small bathroom but the comfortable beds make up for it and the complementary water or coffee add a nice touch. Breakfast is included with tasty coffee and a vast variety of options.

No negative aspects.

Our stay at the Seacliff Inn was wonderful. The twostorey building surrounded by a parklike landscape with a swimming pool in the middle was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is easily accessible and located near popular attractions such as Monterey, Salinas, Capitola, Santa Cruz, and San José. The breakfast was sufficient and we appreciated being able to grab coffee to go. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping options nearby.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as the lack of a printed TV channel guide and small shampoo bottles, these did not detract from our overall positive experience.

Great hotel just off the 1 motorway! Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pool and spa, perfect for a relaxing dip. Self-serve laundry at a reasonable price. Ice machine at the end of the hallway was convenient. Breakfast was self-serve with plenty of options, including fresh fruit and coffee. Would stay again!

Some bedding and towels were old and shabby. No hair dryer provided.

No room cleaning or fresh towels unless requested, lack of information binder and comfortable chair, inconvenient TV remote, power outage without prior notice, rude and unhelpful customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the beach and within a 10-minute walk of many attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful koi pond and well-maintained grounds. The staff was amazing, ensuring that we were promptly checked-in and accommodated our request for outdoor dining. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean and well-appointed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
