We were mesmerized by the stunning style and impeccable service at The Setai. The spacious rooms, with their beautiful decor and modern amenities, made us feel like royalty. The beach and swimming pool area were absolutely fabulous and the Sunday brunch was a great treat. We can't wait to return to this top-notch hotel in Miami. highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They even helped me rebook my room when I made a mistake with my reservation. The rooms were spacious and impeccably styled, with a great AC system and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful beach and a fabulous swimming pool area. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to all the activity of South Beach.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to all the activity of South Beach. It is just off the heat of south beach, allowing for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, being right on the beach provides stunning views and easy access to the water. The rooms are spacious with comfortable sitting areas and luxurious bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The pool area could use more shade for those hot days and the back bar by the pool lacks top-notch service compared to the rest.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. They provided complimentary champagne for a birthday celebration. The free valet parking is convenient with no restrictions. The three pools, including an adults-only one, offer various temperatures. Cabanas are plentiful and free. The room is spacious with separate sinks and a hot tub.

During our Christmas holiday, we were pleased to receive complimentary champagne and chocolates upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and towels that were available.

We were overall disappointed with our stay. The room was outdated and lacked proper maintenance, and we experienced issues with the locks on the door and windows. Additionally, there was a lack of food and drink service on the beach until later in the morning, and the food we did receive was discolored and unappetizing. We had hoped for a more enjoyable experience during our holiday vacation.

Although everything here is of top-notch quality, there is only one minor issue to mention. The lack of live entertainment or any leisure/TV room activities may be a drawback to those looking for more fun things to do in the hotel. However, the hotel's library is a lovely spot to read and relax.
