The rooms at Hyatt Place Knoxville/Downtown were so comfortable and well-equipped! The fridge and microwave made it easy to store and heat up snacks, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Knoxville.

I personally found the bath/shower combination a bit less convenient, but I know some people prefer it.

Conveniently located next to Tennessee Theatre. Helpful and accommodating staff. Superb, comfy rooms. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Cute pub nearby. Walking distance to colosseum. Easy check-in and valet parking. Large, clean, and comfortable rooms with a nice sectional sofa. Diverse menu and tasty food at the onsite bar. Great location, walking distance to downtown.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious egg sandwiches and bold coffee. The staff were friendly and made us feel super welcome. The location was perfect, being very close to downtown and within walking distance of Market Square restaurants. The hotel also had a large public parking garage nearby, which was convenient and affordable. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was directly adjacent to the concert venue and very close to a trolley stop that provided transportation to various stops around the city.

The value for money was excellent, with a beautiful and spacious room. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The staff treated me like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in downtown Knoxville for a weekend getaway. The hotel is situated in a prime location, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. There is even a lovely gelato store right next door. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from Market Square, where you can find plenty of entertainment on Friday nights. Another nearby attraction is Olde Towne Knoxville, which offers a range of dining and nightlife options. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding. Anthony provided excellent service during breakfast and in our room, catering to our every need. Sulai, the valet, was incredibly helpful and even took care of small tasks like retrieving items from our car. Tony and Delyn at the front desk were also outstanding, making our stay truly memorable. if you're looking for a hotel with great service, a convenient location, and a delicious breakfast, I highly recommend the Hyatt Place.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of the city. It's conveniently located close to everything, including public parking which is free on the weekend. The rooms are spacious with two comfortable queen beds and a sitting area. Plus, the breakfast is a nice added bonus.

The location was great, with a downtown location and close to free parking. The room and lobby were very nice, and we appreciated having a Starbucks attached. Our stay at Hyatt Place was wonderful! We were in Knoxville for a couple of days and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown. The rooftop bar, with its stunning view and relaxed atmosphere, was a highlight of our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. we were extremely happy with our decision to stay at Hyatt Place.

Great value for money, with comfortable rooms equipped with 2 queen beds and a sitting area. The hotel's location is superb - right near Market Square and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was good.
