Loved the outdoor fire pits and s'mores!

The croissants at Delamar were fresh and flaky, a delightful start to my mornings! Plus, the clean rooms offered stunning views, and the outdoor fire pits added a cozy touch to our evenings.

The breakfast could be better. while they had hot sandwiches and yogurt, it felt a bit lacking compared to other hotels. Still, it didn’t overshadow the charm of the stay!

the check-in process was a total mess, took 20 minutes for them to find my reservation. and was it too much to ask for a little personal touch? maybe a complimentary breakfast? also, our cards kept malfunctioning, but not one staff member seemed to care. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Nighttime bar hours could be better!!! The indoor pool's flooring is a tripping hazard and maintenance seems neglected. Communication about amenities was confusing. Shower gel and shampoo were drying!!!

The freshly made sandwiches at the hotel truly stole the show! Plus, the clean rooms with breathtaking views and the convenient access to everything made the stay enjoyable.

Sure, the room felt a bit bright and could have used better shades, and I was shocked at the charge for the minibar I never touched. But with all the charm and hospitality, it was easy to overlook these small hiccups.

This hotel boasts a lovely atmosphere with beautiful bay views and a charming outdoor heated pool. The spacious King Room provided a delightfully cozy stay, perfect for those seeking relaxation. Enjoying live music in the lobby added a unique touch. Just be aware of noisy neighboring rooms during special occasions, as quiet isn’t guaranteed.

Charming hotel, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and the complimentary welcome drink was a delightful touch that made my stay more enjoyable.

The cleaning standards in common areas could definitely use an upgrade!!! There were also some noise disturbances at night from events, impacting the overall tranquility. Plus, having excessive fees for basic amenities feels a bit ridiculous!!!

this was my second stay in traverse city and delamar exceeded my expectations. the outdoor fire pits, complimentary s'mores, and modern clean rooms made our family holiday unforgettable. the convenient shuttle service to downtown was a huge bonus, making everything feel accessible.

Ope, right from the start, that valet service was top-notch! Will went above and beyond, helping with our bags and giving us great tips on local eateries. The outdoor fire pits were a hit for s'mores after our day out. We loved chillin' by the heated pool! Sure hope they keep up the good work!

So, we checked in, and Becky was awesome,, she gave us a complimentary sparkling wine that totally hit the spot after a long drive! We spent evenings by the outdoor fire pits, roasting s'mores while looking at the sunset, it felt like a scene out of a movie!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but for the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

Had a lovely time relaxing at the heated outdoor pool and the tranquil indoor spa during our three nights here. The room had a stunning view, and spending time by the outdoor fire pits made our evenings special. Just a heads up, the late-night bar hours could use a little improvement. 😊
