Comfortable hotel, helpful staff, with a lovely indoor swimming pool and a fantastic in-house restaurant that served delightful breakfast options.

Location near great dining options was a pleasant surprise.

The local dining scene around the hotel was a delightful surprise, with plenty of options to satisfy my culinary cravings! Plus, the clean room added to the comfort of my stay. I could definitely see myself coming back for those tasty eats.

Though the Lacrosse tournament brought a lively vibe, the kids' unruliness made the public areas feel a bit chaotic.

This was just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Wheeling with great value. I appreciated the onsite restaurant that had quick service and good food after a long day. Make sure to check if the key machine is working during your stay to avoid delays.

I loved the spacious and modern guest rooms, which made my stay feel so comfortable! The in-house Saranello's restaurant served delicious Italian meals that were a treat after a long day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water in my room was such a thoughtful touch. it made me feel right at home.

The location was perfect, and I loved being near all the cool attractions! Staff were super nice and helpful, making my stay feel really comfy.

However, the pillow situation was a bit of a disaster—felt like I was wrestling with a marshmallow! Next time, I’ll bring my own pillow, just in case.

the soundproofing was poor. I heard everything from the neighboring rooms. however, the location was great, easy access to trails and large rooms with bright lighting. staff were friendly and offered complimentary water in the room.

The bed was super comfy, and the room service was lightning fast! Just wish the parking wasn’t such a hassle. I’d totally stay again!

I had a refreshing experience during my stay. The 24-hour fitness center helped me stay active, and I loved starting my mornings with pastries and coffee from the onsite cafe. However, I encountered a problem at the restaurant where I was told to eat quickly due to a reservation, which was frustrating. I appreciated the location near many attractions. I am always keen on cultural spots, and this area did not disappoint.

This was a suitable option for a weekend in Wheeling with good value. I enjoyed the free and easy computer and printer use in the lobby. Parking might take a little longer than expected, so be prepared for a short walk.

The King Room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. The lighting was great, and it was nice to have a coffee maker and complimentary water. But the bed wasn’t super comfy—it didn’t feel like the ‘Heavenly’ beds everyone talks about. Also, I heard noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms due to the poor soundproofing. A bit disappointing for a Westin. The bathroom was decent, too, with a good-sized counter.

Great staff and location! Super convenient getting around town. The room was spacious, too! Loved the big workout room equipped with a treadmill and yoga mat. A Starbucks downstairs made mornings sweeter!
