I had a great stay at this hotel for a dance convention. The staff was very patient and friendly, especially considering the chaos that comes with a convention. The beds were super comfortable and the room had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were restaurants on site, as well as plenty of options nearby for food. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Our Easter weekend stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. We loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for us to travel. the hotel also had a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was a great advantage. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay.

As party people, we were thrilled with the vibrant and fun atmosphere at The Westin. The lobby, foundation outside, and common areas were all beautiful and visually appealing. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were a fantastic feature, offering plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. Plus, being able to see the Chicago skyline from our room window was truly a treat. The close proximity to great restaurants like Spears added even more convenience to our stay.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The lobby and hotel were very clean, with a nice, bleachy smell. the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. the room had a nice TV and was well appointed, with a surprise addition of a Peloton spin bike. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the option to request extra pillows and the nice bathroom with a rain head shower and good water pressure.

Our room on the 3rd floor had a less than ideal view of air conditioning units and the roof, with noise from the units affecting the romantic atmosphere. the fact that there were no views or room service menu for dinner was a disappointment.

Lovely location, close to major attractions and offices. Convenient parking area and easy access to public transportation. Enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed.

Room had a damp smell, and the shower kept backing up. the AC was great, though, but the overall condition of the hotel was worn and could use some TLC.
