As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and great amenities like the Keurig coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and we enjoyed the pools and park with their great water temperature. a fantastic stay!

The water park was a great feature and provided entertainment for the whole family. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. the hotel offered excellent customer service, with friendly and professional staff.

The rooms were not up to par for a luxury hotel, with poor cleanliness and worn-out towels. the overall sense of arrival was disappointing, with a lack of acknowledgement from the valet and bellman.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location is perfect, right by the best shopping mall in south Florida. Plus, being near the waterpark was a huge hit with our kids. They loved splashing around and going down the Master Blaster waterside. The staff here is top-notch - super friendly and always ready to help. We even rented a cabana to celebrate our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a mini-bar and balcony. And the main restaurant is just amazing - the food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The only downside is that it can get a bit crowded at times.

I had a fantastic stay at the Jw Marriott in Miami. The staff provided exceptional customer care and were kind and friendly. From check-in to self parking to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be of service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were lush and beautiful. I also enjoyed the pool and the exercise trail in the area. It was a wonderful and memorable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The views from my room were spectacular, overlooking the restaurant farm to table. The two golf courses on the premises were beautiful. The staff, especially Jessica H. in guest services, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the main lobby bar had a friendly and engaging bartender named "German." The hotel also had two separate pools, one for adults and one for families, making it convenient for different needs.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Aventura Mall and Tidal Cove water park. Plus, the golf course was nearby for those who enjoy playing.

I had such an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is right in front of a park entrance and has easy access to various leisure activities like hiking, cycling and sports like tennis and golf. It's great that there are various services available like car hire or laundry which made my stay even more comfortable. Room amenities like the in-room safe and tea/coffee making facilities were very useful. The dining options are also perfect with great in-room breakfast, restaurant and lounge serving delicious food. The staff were always so attentive and friendly, it really made me feel special.
