great access to parks and shopping makes exploration easy

I loved staying here because it's just a short walk to the beautiful waterway park and the bustling aventura mall. it made strolling through this vibrant area with its landmarks super enjoyable for me.

Pool area overcrowded, but kids loved Tidal Cove.

the massage was decent but no time to just chill. the salt room was ok. could use better pool service, no one offered a towel or drink. the food was solid at breakfast though, great servers and clean rooms. didn't like waking up with bug bites, felt uncomfortable.

the pool area was lively, and service was excellent. the buffet offered a beautiful view looking out over the golf course. room service was prompt, and the staff at the bar were friendly. 🎉

High additional charges for parking and resort fees are frustrating!!! Inconsistent room service and poor communication on amenities really detract from the experience!!!

Had a rough start with our bags taking an age to arrive and the mobile key not working. But the staff were heaps friendly, and our room was choice! Chur!

Reserve lounge chairs early at the water park to ensure a spot, as they fill up fast and may not be available later.

Check-in was sharp-sharp with the chommies at reception, and the staff were proper legends! Room was lekker with a beautiful koppie view and my kids loved the pool area. Poolside drinks were a nice touch, great for sundowners.

But the brekkie buffet was a bit of a jol, they ran out of some staples and it took ages to get seated—was a bit of a hassle with the little ones.

We love how close the resort is to a fantastic shopping mall and grocery store, making it super convenient for budget travelers. The water park is a huge hit with kids, providing hours of fun and relaxation. Plus, the beautiful views from the spacious balconies are perfect for family moments.

However, the lengthy check-in process can be frustrating, especially during peak times.
