I loved that it was just a couple of minutes' walk from the bustling Love Park, and we were easily able to stroll over to the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which are all within a pleasant walking distance; plus, having Con Murphy's Irish Pub connected to the hotel was great for grabbing a bite after a long day of exploring. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space, making it comfortable for our group. However, our room was a bit on the warm side, and we had to ask for a fan.

Clean and comfortable stay, with friendly staff. A prime location. Easily accessible from the airport and close to Suburban Station. Just a four-minute walk. The Irish pub downstairs is a plus. Free drink voucher for one night was a nice touch. The observation lounge offered quick breakfast and snacks; impressive amenities. Valet service was slower than expected, but staff remained polite. The room’s heat didn’t work, causing discomfort. Minor upgrades needed in the bathroom and kitchenette. I appreciated the spacious apartment-like feel. Comfy bed and a lovely balcony. Despite some drawbacks, the substantial features and the warmth of the staff warrant a solid recommendation. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Super spacious suite felt like an apartment. It had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and a dining area. The king bed was so comfy! Great rooftop pool and views. Central location, just a short walk to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and good cleaning service. Fitness center and yoga classes available too.

The rooftop firepits invite sunset vibes and s'mores. The bar serves food late with live music, perfect for unwinding.

Cleaning could use a bit more elbow grease in the corners.

The room was spacious, featuring a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Huge closets offered ample storage. The bed was comfortable, but the room temperature was a challenge; it was too hot and maintained a consistent 79-84 degrees. A fan was provided to help. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking initially, with hair on the floor, but staff responded quickly to rectify it. The remote control for the TV was problematic, and the phone in the room didn't work. Scaffolding outside and renovation noise began around 9 am, which was a slight distraction.

Asia on the Parkway and the Skyline Club Level, the fancy pool, and the hip vibe are cool. The hotel has a fun, chic decor. Kudos to the artsy lounge!

The room felt spacious, with a nice kitchen, though it was oddly lacking in utensils, which was a letdown for those who prefer cooking on vacation. The rooftop pool is a summer highlight I’d love to revisit. Staff were friendly, especially to my dog, who received treats! Some quirks included a bit of street noise and dated appliances—could use a refresh. A slice of cake for special occasions would’ve been a sweet touch!

On a more positive note, the staff members at The Windsor Suites were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants on-site and the option for room service, which added to the overall comfort of our visit. Despite the small hiccups we experienced, we found our time at The Windsor Suites to be enjoyable overall.
