We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, providing exceptional service and going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The personalized welcome on the television was a nice touch, similar to what we receive at our timeshare. The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of food choices available, including eggs and sausage. The room exceeded our expectations, with a large size and a complete kitchen for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well for a great night's sleep.

I always choose this hotel whenever I pass through the area because of its convenient location just off I77. The staff here is amazing, starting with Marina who checked us in with a warm smile and made us feel like old friends. The breakfast on the brand new patio was a pleasant surprise, with a continental spread and a few hot items. And let's not forget the value for money - the rooms with 2 queen beds and full kitchen are perfect for families like ours.

The breakfast options were great for any diet - low-carb, gluten-free, etc. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like "sleeping on a cloud." The rooms were very clean, passing my dust and dirt test. Stephanie at the front desk was refreshing and provided a personalized welcome on the television. The size of the suite was amazing, perfect for families like ours. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and even helped our son practice Spanish. They also had a Christmas wrapping station with nice paper, scissors, and tape.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. the spaciousness of the rooms was a major plus, providing me with plenty of storage space for my belongings. the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location offered convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area during my downtime.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the air conditioning units in the rooms were not functioning properly, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

This hotel is conveniently situated near a basketball court and is in a good location close to downtown attractions. The breakfast service is great and the staff is welcoming, though the room is in need of repair as the bathroom has grey and dusty tubs. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the room is filthy and does not work properly, making the room smell moldy.

The hotel has stopped providing additional toilet paper rolls in the room and guests are now required to go down to the reception to pick up a new roll of toilet paper.
