The hotel has a great bed and overall facilities. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our visit much more enjoyable. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, offering a variety of dining options.

The room service menu was limited and the restaurant prices were quite high for the quality of the food. Additionally, the room we received, despite being an upgrade, was dark and not as nice as we had hoped.

Our recent stay at Viceroy was fantastic! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and shops. The style of the hotel was impressive, with modern noir decor that we absolutely loved. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were also pleased to find out that the gym had Peloton bikes, which was a great bonus.

Although we had a wonderful overall experience, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We encountered some sloppy service, as our drink order was forgotten despite multiple reminders.

The rooms were beautiful and well, designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the view of the LA coastline and beach was breathtaking, especially through the floor, to, ceiling windows. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to downtown and other attractions.

The food from room service was disappointing and overpriced. the cleanliness of the windows could have been better and the soundproofing of the interior room doors could be improved.

I had a fabulous stay at this designer hotel with great access to the beach and downtown. The decor by Kelly Wearstler was impressive and the rooms were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the ocean view from my room on the 4th floor. The beds were extra plushy and the bathroom had a luxurious marble vanity. The location was perfect - not noisy and close to the beach, pier, and downtown. Despite a few minor drawbacks like no coffee services in the room and a charge for bottled water, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Santa Monica. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The area was hip and trendy, and it felt much more authentic compared to other touristy areas. The staff at this place were incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They even upgraded my room as a wedding gift and left a kind letter with fruit and chocolate. The service here was top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and even tours and ticket assistance. The room itself was amazing, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a sitting area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The only downside was that breakfast was not served outside by the pool area. We had to go inside to a small, dated restaurant.

Impeccably clean rooms offered striking ocean views, even from the ninth floor. Helpful staff provided great recommendations, particularly Chris. The hotel's friendly staff—Vedat, Cody, BJ, and Mike—made it all the more inviting.

Our stay at this place was fantastic. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurant choices just outside the hotel. The rooms here are gorgeous and the views are stunning. It's very close to the beach, the pier, and the 3rd Street Promenade, as well as lots of bars, restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, from arranging dinner reservations to providing excellent service. From the front desk to the wait staff to the cleaning crew, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hussain. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, fitness studio, and outdoor terrace. we had a wonderful experience here.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
